CCTV footage has caught three men robbing about ₹40 lakhs from a biker's bag at a traffic signal near Delhi's Red Fort in broad daylight. Of the three, two men have been arrested, police said.
The March 1 clip shows the three accused following the biker and sneaking out the amount in the middle of heavy traffic with pedestrians walking.
The robbers can be seen unzipping the bag and taking out cash.
Police added that they have recovered ₹ 38 lakhs from the accused who have been identified as Aakash and Abhishek.

In a chilling incident, a woman was robbed at knifepoint in the West District of Punjabi Bagh area in Delhi on Saturday late night, 25th February. The incident was captured on a CCTV camera.&nbsp;
The CCTV footage shared by news agency ANI show, a woman trying to fight off the miscreants as one of them is holding a sharp weapon in one hand up in the air. The woman is thrown to the ground during the scuffle.&nbsp;
The miscreant with a knife rushes towards the woman and pulls the weapon to her throat, apparently threatening her.&nbsp;
Both men are then seen snatching away things from her and running away.&nbsp;
Police have registered a robbery case on the basis of CCTV footage and further probe is underway, ANI reported.

The assailant was identified as Professor Sutapa Das, and reports said that she angry as the security guard was late in opening the gate. The woman was arrested after the guard filed a complaint. She subsequently secured bail.
In August 2022, a similar incident had occurred at the Jaypee Wishtown society in Noida's Sector 128. A lawyer named Bhavya Roy allegedly abused and manhandled security guards at the complex. She was arrested a day later, and subsequently granted bail.

Prior to the physical altercation with her father-in-law, a heated argument between the elderly man and the former's mother broke out. The argument soon turned into physical assault when the cop jumped to her mother&rsquo;s 'aid' and thrashed her father-in-law.&nbsp;
According to reports, the woman cop is in the middle of a legal battle with her in-laws.&nbsp;

At least 12 workers died and 21 were injured when a boiler exploded at a factory in western Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district on Saturday afternoon, officials said.
There were around 30 people in the affected area at the factory in the UPSIDC industrial area in Dholana, around 80 km from the national capital, when the incident occurred, they said.
The impact of the explosion was so intense that the roofs of some of the factories located in the vicinity were damaged. It took three hours for fire tenders to douse the blaze.
Superintendent of Police of Hapur Deepak Bhuker said 12 people had died and 21 were injured and undergoing treatment.
"The factory was given the licence to manufacture electronic items. And now, it is a matter of probe what exactly was going on here. This is a sad incident. Forensic teams have reached here and are collecting samples," District Magistrate of Hapur Medha Roopam said.
"Our efforts are to ensure that the injured persons get the best medical treatment. Some of them have been referred to Safdarjung Hospital," she added.
Other factories in the area will be inspected, the district magistrate said, adding that action would also be taken against officials concerned if it was found in the probe that the incident took place due to their laxity.
The factory is located adjacent to a CNG pump. Rescue and relief measures were taken up at the site, according to officials.
President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over the loss of lives.
"The accident in the chemical factory of Hapur, Uttar Pradesh is heart-wrenching. I express my condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives in this. The state government is actively involved in providing treatment to the injured and all possible help," Modi tweeted.
"Deeply saddened to hear about the death of many people due to an accident in a factory in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. I express my condolences to the families of the deceased and wish the injured a speedy recovery," Kovind said in a tweet in Hindi.
The chief minister directed that the incident be probed by experts.
In a statement issued in Lucknow, Adityanath asked the district administration to extend all possible help to the kin of the deceased and injured.
He also said that necessary treatment should be provided to the injured.
The divisional commissioner of Meerut and the inspector general were directed to visit the site and ensure effective implementation of relief work.
"May God give peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved families to bear the immense loss. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured," Uttar Pradesh minister for industrial development Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' tweeted.

Two people were injured in west Delhi's Subhash Nagar last evening after at least three shooters surrounded a car on a busy road and fired 10 rounds at the occupants.
Chilling CCTV footage shows passers-by looking on dumbfounded as the car is fired at and then chased by the attackers, firearms in their hands.
While detailed information about the incident is yet to come in, the footage points to a planned attack.
The 1-minute video shared by news agency ANI shows the busy Subhash Nagar neighbourhood during peak traffic hours. A white car is seen stuck in the middle of the road as two shooters point their guns at the occupants.
Shocked by the sight of the attackers wielding guns, passers-by, bikers and e-rickshaw operators are seen fleeing to safety. Traffic comes to a standstill as cars stop far behind the white car being fired at. Some cars are also seen making an about turn and leaving the area.
Three shooters keep firing at the car until the vehicle lunges forward and moves out of the camera frame. The shooters chase it, gun in hand. Possibly due to an obstruction ahead, the car then reverses back to its earlier spot, takes a quick turn and speeds away. The shooters are seen trying to chase it down as others on the road look on in shock.
Visuals shot later show that heavy police force has now been deployed at the crime spot. The car is now in police's custody.

In what is being called 'Money Heist 2023' online, thieves in Maharashtra's Sangli used an excavator to dig out an ATM from the booth. 
In a CCTV video that has gone viral, the excavator can be seen entering the ATM booth while completely destroying the door. 
The machine then proceeds to claw out the outer covering of the ATM. The excavator smashes the ATM screen to smithereens before yanking it off from the base. It then proceeds to pull the entire machine towards it and subsequently takes it out of the booth.

In a CCTV&nbsp;video that has gone viral, the excavator can be seen entering the ATM&nbsp;booth while completely destroying the door.&nbsp;
The machine then proceeds to claw out the outer covering of the ATM. The excavator smashes the ATM&nbsp;screen to smithereens&nbsp;before yanking it off from the base. It then proceeds to pull the entire machine towards it and subsequently takes it out of the booth.&nbsp;

A startling crime was caught on camera in the national capital.&nbsp;In a brazen robbery, a pair of men brandished a gun in broad daylight on the street and allegedly burgled some persons.
The incident reportedly took place in Vivek Vihar near Yamuna Sports Complex, early in the morning on April 3.&nbsp;CCTV footage showed the alleged robbers parking their motorcycle on the roadside.
 Subsequently, they approached two men walking on the street.&nbsp;One of the robbers whipped out a pistol to scare the targets.&nbsp;Then, what looked like an exchange of valuables occurred.

 The alleged looters then calmly walked to their bike as the video ended.&nbsp;Delhi police have reportedly registered a case and are searching for the perpetrators.
