One team which always starts as the favourites&nbsp;to win the&nbsp;IPL, Chennai Super Kings, have found themselves in unfamiliar territory this season. Their 2020 campaign was hit by&nbsp;coronavirus&nbsp;which saw 13 members of their contingent, including 2 players in Deepak&nbsp;Chahar and&nbsp;Ruturaj Gaikwad,&nbsp;test positive for Covid-19 while in the UAE. This forced the entire squad to remain in extended isolation which pushed back their training schedule. Moreover, even before the start of the tournament, CSK&nbsp;suffered 2 casualties in Suresh&nbsp;Raina&nbsp;and Harbhajan Singh, who pulled out of the cash-rich league due to personal reasons. Where Bhajji's experience may have come in handy on the turning tracks in the UAE, Raina&nbsp;has been the backbone of CSK&nbsp;over the years.&nbsp;
Keeping all that aside, most Indian cricket fans eagerly await for CSK&nbsp;to take the field, as it would give them a chance to see Thala&nbsp;Dhoni&nbsp;back in action. Fresh from his international retirement, watching MSD&nbsp;play again will&nbsp;without doubt be the highlight of this season. CSK players test negative for Covid-19, to train from Friday

13 members including 2 players who had earlier tested positive however continue to be in isolation.

All members of the Chennai&nbsp;Super Kings, except the 13 who had earlier tested positive, underwent another&nbsp;Covid-19 test on&nbsp;Thursday and everyone has returned negative. As a result, they will hit the nets from Friday in Dubai. According to the Times of India, the players have also been unofficially told that they will play the IPL&nbsp;opener against Mumbai&nbsp;Indians on September 19. 13 CSK&nbsp;members including Deepak&nbsp;Chahar and&nbsp;Ruturaj Gaikwad&nbsp;had tested positive earlier and they have been kept in quarantine in separate hotel since then.&nbsp;

Indian speedster &amp; Chennai Super Kings' Deepak&nbsp;Chahar&nbsp;who contracted the coronavirus&nbsp;has said that he has recovered well and is hoping to return to action soon. Chahar&nbsp;in a video message from CSK's team hotel in Dubai confirmed that he got infected and has now recovered. The CSK speedster not only provided an important updated but showed that he was recovering well with a motivational video of him working out with rather unusual equipment in his hotel room.&nbsp;Chennai Super Kings continued with their testing program as all players &amp; staff apart from the 13 who got infection have tested negative. The team continues to be in isolation while all the others have completed their time and have started to practice.&nbsp;
