A shocking video of a woman from China surfaced on social media where a woman can be seen being forcibly tested for Covid.  
The woman can be seen lying on the floor of a testing centre with a man on top of her, resisting the test, but the man can be seen pinning her down, and forcibly collecting sample from her.  
The video created a furore on social media with the netizens up in arms about the treatment meted out to the woman.

China’s stringent ‘zero-COVID’ policy is wreaking havoc in the city of Shanghai, which has been under lockdown for a month now. Most residents in mainland China’s biggest city are still not able to leave their housing compounds. 
The rest of China, too, has been dealing with a surge in Covid cases, preventive measures and stringent testing. 
China’s capital Beijing has shut more than 40 subway stations and 158 bus routes in and around Chaoyang district, the epicentre of Beijing’s outbreak. Mass testing is being done in the capital city too.
