Class 10, 12 boards from Feb 15: CBSE releases datesheet

According to the official notification, the CBSE board exams 2023 for class 10 will commence from February 15, 2023 and conclude on March 21, 2023

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday announced that class 10 and 12 board examinations will begin from February 15.
According to the official notification, the CBSE board exams 2023 for class 10 will commence from February 15, 2023 and conclude on March 21, 2023.
Releasing the date sheet, the board said sufficient gap has been given between two subjects, and other factors such as competitive entrance tests have also been taken into account in deciding the dates.
Examination will begin at 10.30 am.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday announced the results of Class 12 board examinations, recording an overall pass percentage of 92.71 percent, much lower than last year's 99.37 percent.

The number of students who have scored 95 percent and above has also significantly dipped compared to 2021. In 2022, 33,432 candidates have scored above 95 percent, down from 70,004 in 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday announced the results of Class 12 board examinations, recording an overall pass percentage of 92.71 percent, much lower than last year's 99.37 percent.
Meanwhile, girls have outdone boys with the overall pass percentage of girls being 94.54 percent and that of boys being 91.25 percent.

In 2021, when the examinations had to be cancelled amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the board had tabulated results of Class 12 students through a complex formula that factored in students&rsquo; performance in school and also Class 10 board exams.
