An employee of a&nbsp;government&nbsp;hospital in&nbsp;Uttar Pradesh&rsquo;s Moradabad died a day after receiving the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine.&nbsp;While&nbsp;46-year-old&nbsp;Mahipal Singh&rsquo;s family&nbsp;alleged that his health deteriorated following the dose, Moradabad Chief Medical Officer MC Garg claimed that the&nbsp;ward boy&rsquo;s&nbsp;death is not linked to vaccination. Singh was given the vaccine shot on Saturday afternoon, and he died the next day after complaining of congestion and pain in the chest.&nbsp;The postmortem report found cardiogenic or septicemic shock due to cardiopulmonary disease as the immediate cause of death. The postmortem report added that both his lungs showed pus pockets.&nbsp;
