AAP volunteers would go door to door for registration of the eligible elderly for the scheme, he said at an event at the party headquarters here.
After the elections, the AAP government will implement the scheme, Kejriwal added.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a ₹7,000 bonus for government employees just ahead of the much-anticipated Diwali celebrations. In a press conference held on November 6, the Chief Minister disclosed that the Delhi government has earmarked a substantial ₹56 crore for this purpose, benefiting approximately 80,000 Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees.
"We will provide ₹7,000 as a bonus to the Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees of Delhi Government. Currently, around 80,000 Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees are working with Delhi Govt. A total of ₹56,000 crores will be spent to provide this bonus," announced Kejriwal, ensuring that government employees can celebrate Diwali with even more joy and enthusiasm.
Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, holds great significance in the Hindu culture. It signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. This joyous festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the month of Kartik, will fall on November 12 this year, bringing together families and communities for vibrant festivities.

The Delhi government has decided to revise the circle rates for agricultural land after a gap of 15 years. The circle rates, which were previously set at ₹53 lakh per acre, will now see an increase to a maximum of ₹5 crore per acre.
This decision was approved by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and has been forwarded to Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena for the final go-ahead.
Addressing the change, Delhi Revenue Minister Atishi revealed that the circle rates, which used to be uniform across the entire city, will now be determined district-wise in line with current market rates. The official notification confirming the new circle rates will be issued following the Lieutenant Governor's approval.
Under the new rates, agricultural land in the South and New Delhi districts will now command a circle rate of ₹5 crore per acre, while North Delhi and South West Delhi will witness rates of ₹3 crore per acre. Meanwhile, central Delhi's circle rate will be set at ₹2 crore per acre, according to Atishi's announcement on her official Twitter account.
Officials from the Delhi Development Authority told Money Control that this hike in circle rates will particularly benefit farmers. In the past, land acquisition by government bodies such as the DDA, PWD, and NHAI for various developmental projects, including roads, flyovers, universities, and hospitals, occurred at the notified circle rate of ₹53 lakh per acre. However, now these entities will need to allocate more funds to procure land from farmers due to the increased circle rates.
Ramesh Menon, Founder and Director of Delhi Consortiums said, Delhi's long-awaited circle rate revision has fulfilled a crucial demand. The city, enclosed by Haryana and UP, faced lower rates compared to its neighbours. &nbsp;The move aligns with neighbouring policies, benefitting landowners and investors while increasing govt. revenue and promoting specific development zones like South West Delhi.&nbsp;

In a statement on Saturday, the MCD said it has "envisioned a comprehensive and pro-active plan to prevent dengue this year with special focus on G-20 meeting venues, monuments, hotels, shopping mall, famous markets and other places of gathering of the delegates".
In this comprehensive plan, one of the AI-based platforms i.e unmanned aerial vehicle or drone-based vector surveillance and concurrent anti-larval spray activity will be done on major drains to prevent breeding of mosquito larvae, it said.
Larvivorous fish will be released in water bodies to prevent mosquito larva breeding through biological control methods. Fogging will be carried out as per NCVBDCP guidelines whenever required, keeping the NGT orders in mind, in an eco-friendly manner, the statement said.

According to officials, the Centre-run Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital reported 16 cases of dextromethorphan poisoning among children aged between one and six from June 29 to November 21.
Officials said that most of the children complained of respiratory depression.
Health Minister Satyendar Jain informed that three doctors have been terminated and the matter is being probed. He assured that the guilty will not be spared.

The Delhi government has come up with a 4-level colour-coded 'Graded Response Action Plan' (GRAP) in a bid to clear confusions regarding imposing of lockdowns or lifting of curbs, to tackle Covid-19 cases in the national capital.
The plan,&nbsp;passed&nbsp;by an expert committee formed by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will guide the government&rsquo;s Covid-19 preparedness&nbsp;in case a fresh wave of the pandemic comes.
The colour coded alert system will have 4 levels: Yellow, Amber, Orange and Red alert
Level 1 or a &nbsp;Yellow Alert will be for areas which have a positivity rate of more than 0.5%, for two consecutive days, or has cumulative new positive cases of over 1500, for 7 days at a stretch. The third metric being factored in is, if the 500 Oxygen beds are occupied on an average for a duration of 7 days.For Level 2 or an Amber Alert, areas should have a positivity rate of above 1%, or if weekly new positive cases are 3500, or if the average oxygen bed occupancy is about 700, for 7 days.
For areas in Level 3, an Orange Alert will be issued. This means the area has a positivity rate of over 2%, weekly new positive cases of 9000 and more, and an oxygen bed occupancy of over 1000.Level 4 or a Red alert will be the most serious. Areas will be put in the Red zone, if positivity rate is over 5%, or new weekly positive cases are 16,000 or more, or average oxygen bed occupancy is 3000 and above.Based on these levels, the action plan has also been formulated accordingly.With an yellow alert, shops in markets and malls dealing with non-essential goods and services will be allowed to open between 10 am to 8 pm as per the odd-even formula. One weekly market will be allowed per municipal zone at half the capacity of vendors under a Level 1 alert, while construction activities and industrial establishments and manufacturing units will be allowed to operate.Under the Amber alert, construction activities and manufacturing units will be allowed though shops in markets and shopping malls will have to close by 6 pm. The govt recommends imposing a 50% operational capacity curb on the metro service on an &lsquo;Amber&rsquo; alert.When an Orange alert kicks in, only essential services, stand-alone shops and construction activities, with on-site labourers, will be allowed. This will mean closure of shopping malls and markets, and no construction activities. The metro is likely to be closed for the general public during &lsquo;Orange&rsquo; alert.For a Red alert, restrictions under the orange alert will stay and more curbs will be added depending on the situation.This graded response action plan,has been cleared by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, who is the chairperson of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).
