WHO: Covid-19 vaccine may be ready by year-end

The World Health Organization said on Tuesday that a 'safe and effective' vaccine against novel&nbsp;coronavirus&nbsp;disease may be ready by year-end.&nbsp;WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at the meeting of WHO's executive board that solidarity and political commitment by all leaders to ensure equal distribution of vaccines when they become available is needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;He said the world needs all the&nbsp;all the energy we have to fight the virus.&nbsp;

World leaders, mental health experts and other guests will join&nbsp;WHO Director-General, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus&nbsp;and talk about the importance of mental health, ways of boosting it and how to overcome major struggles.&nbsp;
