But the firm, which advocates for internet freedom, said there was no sign of &ldquo;country-level internet disruptions or filtering,&rdquo; which are typically imposed by governments.

At the Shri Guru Ramdas International Airport here, Anju was spotted wearing a burqa.
She told the media there, "I am here in India to meet my Indian family. I came back to India of my own volition...." Anju had travelled to Pakistan via the Wagah-Attari border in July with a visa, converted to Islam, changed her name to Fatima after getting married to Nasrullah, whom she had befriended on Facebook four years ago.
Anju's Indian husband Arvind had said that she left home on the pretext of going to Jaipur but later the family came to know that she was in Pakistan.
Anju, along with her Indian husband, used to live in the Bhiwadi area of Rajasthan.
She hails from Kailor village in Uttar Pradesh.
On Wednesday, Bhiwadi's Additional Superintendent of Police Dilip Saini said they had no information about the return of Anju.
Police sources said that Arvind no longer resides in Bhiwadi and has relocated to somewhere with their children.

Facebook is collaborating with two networks to enable adolescents to de-stigmatize these photographs, get assistance, and take charge.

The DMA has yet to be tabled, or approved by the EU Parliament and Council. The EU&rsquo;s Commissioner for Competition, Margrethe Vestager, said that she expects the act to come into force sometime in October. She told The Verge that the act aims to make the tech sector more open and accessible.

Meta took down Russian Facebook misinformation and hacking network targeting Ukraine

Facebook&rsquo;s parent company Meta said that it has taken down a coordinated Russian misinformation network, and a hacking group, that was targeting Ukrainian citizens across Facebook and Instagram.
The Russian network would publish fake news and misinformation through 40 groups, pages, and accounts on Facebook, while the hacking network targeted prominent Ukrainian citizens through an exploit called Ghostwriter.
Meta has urged users in Ukraine and Russia to secure their devices and online accounts, and has rolled out tools for the same.
Meta has also blocked monetisation and ads from Russian state media entities, and refused an order from Russia to stop fact-checking their posts. Russia has said that it will restrict the use of Facebook services in the country, which are being used as organising tools by anti-war protestors.

Facebook&rsquo;s parent company Meta said that it has taken down a coordinated Russian network that was targeting Ukrainian citizens across Facebook and Instagram. The network was reportedly linked with a similar operation that was earlier banned by Facebook in April 2020.
Meta also said it took down a coordinated hacking group, attempting to compromise accounts operating in Ukraine.
"We took this operation down, we've blocked their domains from being shared on our platform, and we've shared information about the operations with other tech platforms with researchers and with governments," David Agranovich, director of threat disruption for Meta, told reporters.
<h2>Russian hacking network targets Ukraine citizens</h2>
According to Agranovich, the coordinated campaign used fake accounts to target high-profile Ukrainian journalists, military officers, and public figures. They would publish claims about Ukraine being a failed state, and the West having betrayed Ukraine.
The network was described by Meta as consisting of around 40 accounts, pages, and groups on Facebook. Meta's head of security policy, Nathaniel Gleicher, also said that some prominent Ukrainian citizens were targeted by a hacking group known as Ghostwriter.

<h2>Meta encourages Ukrainians to secure accounts</h2>
Meta has encouraged users in Ukraine and Russia to take extra measures with online security, and to protect all their devices and accounts. Facebook has rolled out a one-click &lsquo;Lock Your Profile&rsquo; feature for users in Ukraine, and expects to roll it out for Russian users soon.
Meta has also blocked monetisation and ads from Russian state media entities. In retaliation, Russian authorities have ordered Meta to stop fact-checking posts by state media organisations. When Meta refused, Russia has said that it will be restricting the use of Facebook services.
Facebook and Instagram are being widely used by anti-war protesters in Russia to coordinate and organise their efforts.
