Actor Sharman Joshi had a successful 2006 as he saw the release of two of his biggest hits, &lsquo;Rang de Basanti&rsquo; and &lsquo;Golmaal&rsquo;. However, he was not part of the sequel of &lsquo;Golmaal&rsquo; which was released two years later. He was replaced by Shreyas Talpade in &lsquo;Golmaal Returns&rsquo;, while other actors have continued to feature in the series.
In a recent interview, Sharman opened up about why he did not feature in the film and if he would ever return to the franchise. Speaking with Pinkvilla, Sharman said, &lsquo;Some management issues. My management was not communicating too well. Money was, of course, the factor. They were asking a price which the producers were not very comfortable with. I was not aware this was going on. By the time I got to know, I approached them.&rsquo;
The &lsquo;3 Idiots&rsquo; actors said that he resolved matter with the production house but a role never materialised for him. He added that he had patched things up with his manager as well. Sharman and Rohit Shetty recently featured together in an ad where they made fun of &lsquo;Golmaal films&rsquo; and the actor did request Rohit to cast him in the next &lsquo;Golmaal&rsquo;, but their conversation was left at, an ambiguous yeah.
&lsquo;So, I don&rsquo;t know whether I will actually be a part of it but I am happy to be,&rsquo; said Sharman.

Speaking about it to leading daily, Shreyas&nbsp;said that he&nbsp;found out that there are certain actors who are insecure about sharing screen space with him and don&rsquo;t want him in a film.
Talking about 'fragile' egos in the film industry, he added in the industry, 90% of the people are just acquaintances, there are only 10% who actually feel happy when you do well.
