The Delhi Police on Sunday claimed that Bengaluru-based climate activist Disha Ravi is an Editor of the Toolkit Google Doc and key conspirator in document's formulation and dissemination and had shared the Google &ldquo;toolkit&rdquo; document with Sweden&rsquo;s Greta Thunberg.&nbsp;The police said the 21-year-old started a WhatsApp group and collaborated to make the Toolkit doc. Police said in the process of drafting the document, Disha and other members of the group all collaborated with pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against India.

The cyber-crime cell of the Delhi Police has registered an FIR on charges of "sedition", "criminal conspiracy" and "promoting hatred" against the creators of the 'toolkit'.
