In the purported video, the teacher from Delhi's Rani Jhansi government school can be seen thrashing the guard in broad daylight.
As the situation got intense, people present around can be seen takineg the accused teacher away from the sight to diffuse the matter.
The matter was reported on September 14, and Delhi Police received complaints from both sides, though both of them did not want to lodge an official complaint.Police said it has not received any written complaint from the concerned people. 
Meanwhile, the Deputy Director of Education is conducting an inquiry into the matter, police added.
