Opposition parties on Sunday moved a no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh after he&nbsp;overruled their pleas for postponing Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar&rsquo;s reply to the debate on the two farm bills till Monday as the scheduled sitting time of the House was over. Congress Rajya Sabha&nbsp;MP&nbsp;Ahmad Patel said 12 parties have given a no-confidence motion notice against Deputy Chairman. Patel said&nbsp;Harivansh&nbsp;should safeguard the democratic traditions but instead his attitude harmed the democratic traditions and processes. For the ruling National Democratic Alliance, BJP chief JP Nadda will move the first motion in support of Singh while Leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad will move the first motion from the opposition, and voting may take place, if required. The government will introduce four ordinances as bills.&nbsp;Parliamentary Affairs Minister&nbsp;Pralhad&nbsp;Joshi will move the motion on the curtailment of Question Hour.&nbsp;The opposition has questioned the government's move on Question Hour and reducing the time for the Zero hour.&nbsp;
