Foreign Secretary calls out China & Pakistan amid LAC tensions

India&rsquo;s foreign secretary Harsh Shringla while addressing a webinar at the Indian Council for World Affairs said it cannot be business as usual between India and China given the &lsquo;unprecedented&rsquo; tense situation at the LAC. He added the LAC situation is one of the &lsquo;most serious challenges&rsquo; India has faced in many years. &nbsp;He stressed there won&rsquo;t be any compromise in India&rsquo;s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He said Bimstec was moving forward but Saarc operations are being hit by &lsquo;consensus limitations&rsquo;. Without naming Pakistan, he also spoke of how one of India&rsquo;s neighbours has been consistently involved in blocking Saarc in all of its constructive activities.
