<p>The 'SHIELD' method is an intelligent approach towards life as it involves core habits, like S stands for sleep (upto 7 hours), H for handling stress (inner peace), I for Interaction or healthy relationships, E for exercise(movement), L for learning (brain health) and D for diet&nbsp;(balanced food). These are the 6 secrets for a balanced and good life. So, keep yourself shielded and live a better life.</p>
<h3><strong>Sleep</strong><br><br></h3>
<p>Tanzi recommends sleeping at least seven hours every day. Sleeping at least seven hours daily enhances cognitive function and memory, boosts mood and emotional stability, and supports overall physical health by improving immune function and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.</p>
