Along with it, the actor also poured his heart out on a lengthy note, sharing his thoughts on what real strength is and how men are conditioned to put a strong image on display. To discuss the societal conditioning of men to hide their vulnerability, the actor also narrated a personal incident involving his grandfather.&nbsp;

On Wednesday, Hrithik took to his Instagram account to share that he had suffered a muscle pull. The actor shared a mirror selfie where he can be seen standing with the support of crutches. Hrithik wrote, "Good afternoon. How many of you out there ever needed to be on crutches or a wheelchair, and how did that make you feel? (sic)."
The actor then narrated a personal story and revealed, "I remember my grandfather refusing to sit on a wheelchair at the airport because it wouldn&rsquo;t align with his own mental image of himself as "strong." I remember saying, &ldquo;But Deda, it's just an injury and nothing to do with how old you are! It will help heal the injury and not damage it further.&rdquo; It made me so sad to see how strong he needed to be just to hide the fear and embarrassment on the inside. I couldn&rsquo;t make sense of it. It made me feel helpless. I argued that the age factor is not applicable because he needs a wheelchair for an injury, not his old age. He refused and kept the strong image on display for strangers (who literally didn&rsquo;t care). It worsened his pain and delayed the healing."
He asserted, "But if you say soldiers never need crutches, and even when they medically do, they must refuse, just for the sake of keeping the illusion of strength intact, then I just think that the virtue has been stretched so far that it borders on plain stupidity. I believe true strength is being relaxed, composed, and fully aware that nothing&mdash;not crutches, not a wheelchair, not any inability or vulnerability&mdash;and certainly not any sitting position can lessen or alter the image of that giant that you are on the inside."
He added, "Strength is not always being Rambo against all odds with a machine gun saying &ldquo;f**k em!&rdquo; That&rsquo;s applicable, sure. Sometimes. And it&rsquo;s the kind we all aspire for. Even me. But the more coveted one is strength when there is no one to fight on the outside. It&rsquo;s that quiet fight on the inside between you and the &ldquo;image&rdquo; of you. If you come out of that one feeling like wanting to do a slow dance by yourself, then you&rsquo;re my hero."
Finally talking about his injury, the actor mentioned, "Anyways, I pulled a muscle yesterday and woke up wanting to reach out about this notion of strength. This is, of course, a bigger conversation; the crutches are just a metaphor. If you get it, you get it."

The actor admitted that he turned to smoking as he was unsure of how to celebrate his success.
In an interview with Film Companion, Hrithik Roshan disclosed that he had to undergo three distinct body transformations for 'Fighter,' and he found the process exceptionally challenging.
He shared, &lsquo;I had to do three transformations, one just to check if I still have the ability before the film started, then did another when the film was on the floor, and then they had to cancel the shoot because of the weather conditions where they had to shoot. Then, I went on my summer break with my boys and when I came back I had to do the third transformation in 6-8 weeks. It was incredibly difficult and I had to shoot three songs back to back while I was doing transformation, which meant there was no fuel and I was just running on steam.&rsquo;
He added, &lsquo;When the day came and my body shot got done, it got over, I was so happy and relieved. But nothing was filling me up. I had gajar ka halwa, ice cream, I had not planned for the reward, I had only planned to be in this Fighter flight mode and get this done&rsquo;
He continued, &lsquo;I was like, &lsquo;What do I do? What do I do?&rsquo;. So, I picked up a cigarette and started smoking. I went into the other deep end and that&rsquo;s a learning in itself because, in one week, my resting heart rate went up from 45 to 75. It&rsquo;s that bad for you. So, I stopped. But it was a disaster. We only plan, schedule and brainstorm about the building, but what happens after the victory? That also needs a plan.&rsquo;
Hrithik Roshan's remarkable performance in 'Fighter' has left both the audience and critics in awe. The acclaim for the film has bolstered his confidence as he gears up for 'War 2,' where he will be sharing the screen with Jr NTR.

For the occasion, Hrithik wore black kurta and trousers set, paired with black boots, while Saba looked pretty in a green and red lehenga set, which she styled with minimal jewellery.

In the second picture, Hrithik and Saba posed another family picture at a different spot in the house.

Hrithik Roshan has finally given nod to next instalment of &lsquo;Krissh&rsquo; as per Hindustan Times. According to the report, father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has penned the script and Hrithik went through it.&nbsp;
Hindustan Times quoted a source saying, &ldquo;He wants to be super sure about the story for the instalment, as they are reviving the story after a long time and don&rsquo;t want to get it wrong. That&rsquo;s why he went through the script and introduced some changes. The script is now locked.&rdquo; The source added, &ldquo;In fact, he is ready to start shooting for the project in February or March next year&rdquo;.&nbsp; Actor is prepping for the role The source also shared that the actor is undergoing fitness transformation for his role in the film. The source said, &ldquo;He has wrapped up Fighter almost, and is completely focused on Krrish 4. He is undergoing a fitness transformation for the role, which is also reflecting on his social media.&rdquo;&nbsp; The source added, &ldquo;They have many places in mind, but will decide the location based on where they get the best subsidy.
