He said, "In the army, I found videos and photos of BTS in the education materials that helped conscripts stay focused (during the session). Every time conscripts complete their (month-long) boot camp and leave for deployment, they tell me that it was an honour to have spent time with me. It is then realised I'm making a valuable first step with those who will become an important part of Korea's security," he said. His speech was shared on the National Defense News YouTube channel and became viral in no time.&nbsp;

The first episode of 'Hope on the Street', the documentary series, premiered on March 27. In the documentary, the BTS members honour those who inspired their love of dance.&nbsp;
&ldquo;As seen in the opening scene of the docuseries, Hope on the Street stemmed from J-Hope&rsquo;s initial idea of rediscovering his artistic roots and source of motivation&mdash;street dance,&rdquo; said Jun Soo Park, series director. &ldquo;As far as I know, he also began working on his special album, Hope on the Street, Vol. 1, with the intention of making music specifically for dance.&rdquo;
J-Hope is currently serving his mandatory tenure in the South Korean military. He is expected to be discharged by 2025. A confirmed date of his discharge will be shared by the end of this year.&nbsp;

BTS member J-Hope was part of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve performance line-up along with Tomorrow X Together members. Despite the rain, the rapper made the fans groove with his energetic performance at Times Square in New York.

He also spoke to ARMY on New Year as he went live on Weverse after his performance. BTS had earlier performed at the same venue in 2019 as a group.
Earlier, J-Hope shared a glimpse of the new year countdown from Times Square on his Instagram account. He was also seen rehearsing with the dancers.

Jin, the eldest member of the popular K-pop band BTS, will be leaving for his military service in December. Ahead of his departure, fellow bandmate J-Hope gave him a sweet surprise. Jin took to Weverse and shared a few photos in which he is seen posing with a colourful cake. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, &lsquo;Cake designed by J-Hope.&rsquo;
As translated by Twitter user @bora_twts, the text on the cake read, &lsquo;Happy Birthday my friend Merry Christmas JYAN [wishing for a] very fast discharge from the military.&rsquo;
Jin celebrated his 30th birthday on December 4 and on his special day he held a live session with fans on Weverse. He said that J-Hope was the first to wish him on social media.

In order to prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, we ask fans to please refrain from visiting the site. Instead, we ask you to keep your heartwarming words of support and farewell in your hearts.&rsquo;
&lsquo;We ask for your continued love and support for Jin until he finishes his military service and comes back. Our company will also strive to provide every support he needs during this time,&rsquo; concluded the note.
In October, BigHit Music announced that BTS members--RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, will fulfill their mandatory military service before reconvening around 2025.

It's BTS' Jin's birthday and fellow band members and Armys are showering him with birthday wishes. His close friend and BTS member J-Hope shared the sweetest wish for him, calling Jin &lsquo;Worldwide Handsome.&rsquo;
J-Hope posted an unseen photo of the oldest BTS member in his Instagram story and added Jin&rsquo;s latest track &lsquo;Astronaut&rsquo; in the background. J-Hope also added a &lsquo;Happy Birthday&rsquo; GIF in the story. BTS army showered their love to the story and shared the screenshot of it.
A few days back, J-Hope dialed Jin from the 2022 MAMA Awards. Their conversation over the call has melted millions of Army's hearts. On the call, Jin shared a message for BTS ARMY. BTS won special MAMA Platinum award as they got ll four Daesangs at once at MAMA. BTS won the Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Worldwide Icon of the Year in 2019.
Besides, Jin has been in news lately for his latest release &lsquo;Astronaut&rsquo; and his military enlistment. There are reports that Jin will enlist on December 13 at the recruit training centre in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do.

BTS won big at The Mnet Asian Music Awards 2022. They bagged multiple awards at the event and J-Hope went up on stage to receive all the awards, representing the group. He made an emotional phone call to Jin, who will enlist in the military this month, during the acceptance speech and made him speak to ARMY.
During his acceptance speech, J-Hope said, &lsquo;It would have been really really nice if the members could come up and express their gratitude as well, and it&rsquo;s a shame they weren&rsquo;t able to. Actually, I&rsquo;ve prepared one thing. Jin said he had something he wanted to say so let me quickly call him.&rsquo;
