Local area ward councillor Anita Jain said, "A resident had sold his property to a Muslim family a few days ago following which some residents had put up posters.&rdquo; &ldquo;However, the posters were removed immediately and locals were given advice by the police," she added.
The posters read, "An appeal to Hindus, stay united and stand up against Muslim jihad." Brahmpuri SHO Ishwar Chandra Pareek said, "The incident happened nearly 10 days ago. Some residents had pasted posters to not rent or sell homes to Muslims. However, they were removed after advice. No case was registered in the matter."&nbsp;

A petrol pump employee in Jaipur allegedly harassed a Russian tourist on November 7. The woman named Viktoriia&nbsp;was travelling with her Indian friend, a Delhi-based YouTuber. The incident happened when the worker was refilling petrol in their two-wheeler. The entire episode was captured on camera by the YouTuber, who began recording upon realising the mistreatment towards his Russian companion riding pillion.
The YouTube video, also shared on X, shows the content creator confronting the petrol pump staff about the inappropriate behaviour. He demands the employee call their manager and reveals that the worker had touched his friend Viktoriia multiple times.
The Russian tourist recounts that she initially dismissed the first two instances but became certain of the inappropriate touches on the third time. The staff apologised for his behaviour to which the man questioned if a simple apology would rectify the situation. In response, the employee denies intentional misconduct and apologises for the incident.
Viktoriia proposes filing a police complaint against the employee. The Indian vlogger narrates the entire situation to the police officer, who instructs the man to apologise. The man complies, and Viktoriia requests the officer to record the man's name for future reference in case of similar incidents with others.
The YouTuber explains in the video description that the delay in sharing the footage was due to technical issues, as the Rajasthan tour videos were initially found corrupt in the camera. Despite the challenges in recovery, he emphasises feeling ashamed about the incident.

The Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday acquitted four men who were given the death sentence by a lower court for the 2008 serial Jaipur blasts that killed 71 people and slammed the investigating agencies over their "shoddy investigation".
It also affirmed the acquittal of a fifth accused by the trial court. Jaipur was rocked by a series of blasts on May 13, 2008 when bombs went off one after another at Manak Chawk Khanda, Chandpole Gate, Badi Chaupad, Chhoti Chaupad, Tripolia Gate, Johri Bazar and Sanganeri Gate.
The explosions in the evening left 71 people dead and 185 injured.
According to advocate S S Ali, the counsel for the accused, the high court lambasted the investigating agencies for doing a shoddy investigation in connecting the chain of evidence. The court also directed the director general of police of Rajasthan to take action against the officers involved in the investigation.
Ali said the court found the entire theory presented by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS), which investigated the case, wrong. He said the high court issued directions to the chief secretary to monitor the case.
"The ATS failed to prove the travel plan of the accused that they had travelled from Delhi to Jaipur in a bus on May 13, had lunch at a restaurant, purchased cycles, planted bombs and returned the same day to Delhi in Shatabdi express. The ATS could not produce bus tickets," the counsel said.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

The results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), for admissions into undergraduate medical and dental courses, are now out. Topping the NEET exam is Jaipur's Nalin Khandelwal, with 701 marks out of 720. Of the 14 lakh students who sat for the exam, close to 8 lakh students have qualified. 4.45 lakh women qualified in comparison to 3.51 lakh men, however, only 7 women made it to the top 50.
