A novel written by Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer titled, "To Catch A King: Charles II's Great Escape" is all set to get an onscreen adaptation.
The story will be written by Academy award-nominated writers Steve Coogan and Jeff Pope. However, it is not confirmed yet if the novel will be adapted as a film or a series.
The novel is based on the true story of Charles II who is on the run from the army of Oliver Cromwell in England. Published in October 2017, the novel is based on intriguing stories which revolve around the prince. 
The adaptation rights of the film are bagged by the production company Baby Cow. As of now, the makers have not revealed further details of the film.
