The Indian Meteorological Department&nbsp;has&nbsp;predicted&nbsp;heavy rainfall for many regions from&nbsp;Wednesday.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The IMD on Tuesday issued an&nbsp;Orange&nbsp;Alert for 11 districts of Kerala&nbsp;till Thursday.&nbsp;In addition, various districts&nbsp;have issued alerts to the people living downstream and shifted them to relief camps.&nbsp;The IMD has predicted rainfall for South Interior Karnataka during October 20 to October 23. The weatherperson&nbsp;informed that the isolated and very heavy rainfall is also very likely over Tamil&nbsp;Nadu&nbsp;and&nbsp;Puducherry on October 20 and October 21.&nbsp;The IMD in its forecast said Uttarakhand may see dry weather for the three days&nbsp;beginning till Thursday. It said&nbsp;a fresh Western Disturbance is very likely to affect Western Himalayan Region from October 22 and cause scattered to fairly widespread rain&nbsp;and&nbsp;snow over Jammu and Kashmir&nbsp;and&nbsp;Ladakh.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Met said a low-pressure area lies over Bihar and its&nbsp;neighbouring&nbsp;areas. Light to moderate rainfall, heavy rainfall along thunderstorms and lightning at isolated places&nbsp;in&nbsp;Bihar&nbsp;and Bengal&nbsp;on October 20&nbsp;has been predicted.&nbsp;The weatherman also informed that heavy rainfall was also very likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Arunachal Pradesh on October 20.&nbsp;&nbsp;
