For the second time, Justin Trudeau has reacted to the killing of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, this time saying that his country's intention is not to provoke India.&nbsp;

As India rubbished Canada&rsquo;s claim over the killing of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Justin Trudeau has claimed that his country wanted India to address the Khalistani extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar killing issue properly.&nbsp; Trudeau said that his country was not trying to provoke India by suggesting its agents were linked to the murder of Nijjar, but Ottawa wanted New Delhi to address the issue properly.&nbsp; Trudeau said on Monday that "credible allegations" linked Indian agents to the June slaying of Nijjar, who was accused by India of carrying out terrorist attacks in India.&nbsp;

Hardeep Singh Nijjar, chief of the Khalistan Tiger Force outfit, was killed in the parking lot of a gurudwara in Surrey city.
Two unidentified youths shot Nijjar on the premises of Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara Sahib at around 8:27 pm, police said.
He was wanted in at least 4 cases by India's National Investigation Agency. NIA had announced a reward of ₹10 lakhs for his arrest.
