Navi Mumbai police have uncovered another plot to target the Bollywood superstar. Four suspects linked to Lawrence Bishnoi gang have been arrested. According to Police, 16-17 people of the gang even conducted recce near Salman’s Panvel farmhouse. The arrested accused were reportedly planning to attack Salman Khan in his car in Panvel.

More than a month after two men fired shots outside Salman Khan&rsquo;s residence in Mumbai, the Navi Mumbai police have uncovered another plot to target the Bollywood superstar. Four suspects linked to Lawrence Bishnoi gang have been arrested.&nbsp;
<h2>4 Bishnoi gang members arrested&nbsp;</h2>
The Navi Mumbai police have arrested four members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang for allegedly planning to attack Salman Khan. An FIR has also been registered in the case against more than 17 people including Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Goldy Brara and more. &nbsp;
The arrested accused have been identified as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nahvi, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna and Rizwan Khan alias Javed Khan, according to the police officials.&nbsp;
<h2>Plot to attack Salman Khan?</h2>
The arrested accused were reportedly planning to attack Salman Khan in his car in Panvel. 16-17 people of the gang reportedly conducted recce near Salman&rsquo;s Panvel farmhouse for the same. Police sources suggest that the gangsters were reportedly in touch with Pakistan based supplier to acquire weapons to carry out the attack.&nbsp;
<h2>Salman Khan&rsquo;s residence firing incident&nbsp;</h2>
On April 14, two bike-borne men fired multiple rounds outside Salman Khan&rsquo;s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai. The two accused were later arrested from Gujarat. Two more accused were arrested from Punjab. However, one of them died inside the lock-up toilet on May 1. &nbsp; Salman Khan&rsquo;s security has been increased since the attack as he also received death threats. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had also visited Salman Khan&rsquo;s residence, assuring him of safety. &nbsp;

The Delhi Police's Special Cell has apprehended two members of the Lawrence Bishnoi criminal gang following a brief exchange of fire in the Vasant Kunj area here, police said on Saturday.
One of them is a juvenile.
They -- Anish (23) and a 15-year-old -- were apprehended from near Pocket-9 of Vasant Kunj on Friday night, they said. &nbsp;Police had information that the duo had been tasked to "fire" outside a prominent hotel in South Delhi, police said and added that the motive seemed to be of extortion.
They had received instructions from Amit, lodged at a jail in Punjab, on the directions of gangster Anmol Bishnoi, they said. &nbsp;Anmol Bishnoi is a cousin of Lawrence Bishnoi and it is suspected that he is hiding in Canada.
Lawrence Bishnoi is lodged in Gujarat's Sabarmati jail. &nbsp;
Five rounds were fired by the accused and in retaliation, two rounds by police in self defence. No one was injured, police said.
Police has seized two pistols and four live cartridges, and one motorcycle. &nbsp;
Anish is named in six cases of armed robbery, the Arms Act and assault and the juvenile in a armed robbery case in Haryana's Rohtak district.

This after a jail authority on Sunday appealed to a Delhi court to shift the gangster to Punjab, citing a threat to the law-and-order situation.
Lawrence Bishnoi, charged with an extortion case is presently lodged in Delhi&rsquo;s Tihar Jail.&nbsp;
