The 71st Miss World has drawn to an end and we finally have the winner, Krystyna Pyszková&nbsp;of the Czech Republic. The finale event was held in Mumbai on March 9. While Karan Johar hosted the mega event, singer Neha Kakkar and her brother Tony Kakkar gave a thrilling performance. Everyone cheered when Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska of Poland crowned Krystyna as her successor.

Krystyna Pyszková was overwhelmed after she won the 71st Miss World competition. The grand event saw contestants from over 115 countries.
Krystyna Pyszková was named Miss Europe during the Top 4 selection along with Yasmin Azaytoun of Lebanon (Miss Asia and Oceania), Ach&eacute; Abrahams of Trinidad and Tobago (Miss America), and Lesego Chombo of Botswana (Miss Africa).
The gorgeous winner is currently a student and is studying for two degrees in Law and Business Administration. She is also a model and has also founded the Krystyna Pyszko Foundation.
According to Miss World Organisation, she had opened an English school for underprivileged children in Tanzania. She enjoys playing the Transverse flute and the violin and has a passion for Music and Art. She has also reportedly spent nine years in the art academy.
For her Beauty With A Purpose project, Krystyna developed her work in Tanzania, where she inaugurated a school.

The tradition of crowning with a tiara started in 1955. Since then the design has undergone multiple changes. The current design resembles the one in use in 1972. The design has remained unchanged since 1978. The estimated cost of the crown is ₹ 6 crores 21 lakhs. It is 4.3 inches tall and has an adjustable band. It is adorned with blue and turquoise sapphires.

The winner of Miss World receives international recognition along with a bejeweled Miss World crown. She also receives a handsome cash prize (Manushi Chillar took home 10 crores in 2017). This time Miss Sini Shetty, the winner of Femina Miss India 2022 will be representing India.&nbsp;
The event will also feature a performance by Indian singer Neha Kakker and her brother Tony Kakker at the grand finale. Viewers can watch the live event on the Sony LIV app and website on Saturday, starting at 7:30 pm IST. &nbsp;

The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has initiated the celebrations with 'The Opening Ceremony' and 'India Welcomes the World Gala' at Hotel Ashok in New Delhi on February 20. The pinnacle, the 71st Miss World Global Finale, will take place on March 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

<h3>Do you feel extra pressure as this year India is hosting the Miss World pageant?&nbsp;</h3>
I don't feel any pressure because at the end of the day, I am being a host and hospitality is something that comes naturally to Indians. India itself stands for its hospitality standards and I also belong to a hospitality. You know, my parents are from the hospitality industry, learned it through all my life since a child.
<h3>Audience expects you beauty contestents to look a certain way or do certain things. So what is your opinion of it?</h3>
I do agree with the pressure because we are part of a&nbsp; generation where we are constantly being watched and watching others on social media is over whelming too. The drawback of social media is that you understand that everything is happy, happy and life is picture perfect.
You need to understand that there's always something to life that you have to work on and if it's not happening right now, it's OK. Chill down. Life is beautiful ahead. If you have a kind heart, soul, heart. So, if you have a kind soul and if you're working hard towards your journey, nothing's gonna stop you.

<h3>Tell us a bit about your finale costume&nbsp;</h3>
Follow my journey on www dot Miss india.com. There will be a lot of revelations there about my wardrobe, but just to give you a little hint about my gown they are one of my favorite designers. They are, they are spectacular at what they do.
They have been in the industry for the longest time and they are known for their intricate designs for the creative work that they do for the display of creativeness on the materials, on the clothes that makes you look like a million bucks.
I can assure you that it is a beautiful gown. I cannot wait for all of you all to see it. And yes, I'm super excited to wear it and just be at that stage.
<h3>What&rsquo;s the secret behind your glowing skin and fitness?&nbsp;</h3>
I feel that glow comes with excitement for me and every day is exciting. I believe in the motto that every day, every time you go back to a bed, you need to have that excitement and rise up again with the excitement for the next day. And that's what keeps me glowing.
Food is something that keeps me happy and fit. I do believe that eating in moderation is necessary. But at the same time eating and keeping your heart happy is also important. So for me home food, my staple diet ever since I was eating as a kid and not going to extreme crazy diets is something that is keeping me fit sane and happy.
<h3>What&rsquo;s your skincare routine?&nbsp;</h3>
Well, I do believe that three things are very important for your skin. Also, someone who wears makeup on daily basis, cleansing your skin with the makeup remover and then using a face wash that is, you know, suitable for your skin moisturizing it and sunscreen when you head out, I think these three things are very important. Multan Miti is something that is a quick fix for everything. The way your skin glows after one use, you'll be stunned.
<h3>What do you do for your mental health?</h3>
the first thing that I am excited about this journey and this is something that comes from the heart. So nothing, nothing in the world pulls me down. But at the same time, I do believe that there is a lot of effort that goes into it. So, meditation, yoga and dance is my passion.
Dancing like for an hour just being with yourself being in the moment breathing something that takes you a long way, you know. I'm sure a lot of people face a situation where you have that feeling of anxiety, a feeling of anxiousness inside yourself. Breathing just takes a long way, breathing in and out and being in the moment, being focused and you're good to go.
<h3>Who has been your role model and inspiration since your childhood?&nbsp;</h3>
Definitely my parents because you know, they come from a small town in Mangalore and they have shifted to the city of Mumbai and they built their life here in the hospitality industry. They have given us a sound like they have given us an amazing life. They've provided us with everything that is necessary. I'm sure, you know, parents don't show it to their kids the struggle that they go through.
I know that I have to be where my parents are and to do better so that they are proud of me.

Such a trip by an international beauty pageant winner is a first for Jammu and Kashmir.

Miss World Karolina Bielawska arrived in Kashmir on August 28 for a day-long tour as part of an event. She was joined by Miss World India Sini Shetty, and Miss World Caribbean Emmy Pena.
The pageant winners were seen enjoying breakfast, and then visiting tourist attractions in Srinagar.
Such a trip by an international beauty pageant winner is a first for Jammu and Kashmir. It comes ahead of the 71st edition of the Miss World pageant, which India is hosting later this year.

The beauty pageant is expected to take place between November-December.

Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska along with Julia Morley, Chairperson and CEO of Miss World Organization arrived in New Delhi on June 8 to announce the same and attended the inaugural press meet.
'India prepares to welcome the world with open arms with the 71st Miss World 2023 and showcase the country's grace, beauty, and progressive spirit. Join us in celebrating the power of women to make a difference, as we embark on this extraordinary journey together,' Miss World 2022, Karolina Bielawska said.
The beauty pageant is expected to take place in November-December. The official date hasn't been announced yet.

Miss Poland Karolina Bielawska, who is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Management has won the title of Miss World 2021 on Thursday at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The big announcement has been made on the Twitter handle of "Miss World".
Indian-American Shree Saini represented the United States bagged the first runner-up title. Shree is 26 years old, she had gone through a very bad accident which left her with burns all over her face.
India's expectations of getting the Miss World crown home got suppressed after India's Manasa Varanasi from Telangana failed to make her name in the list of the top 6. However, she reached the list of the top 13 contestants.

Miss Poland Karolina Bielawska&nbsp;was crowned&nbsp;Miss World 2021 on Thursday in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The big announcement was made on the Twitter handle of Miss World.&nbsp;
The first runner-up was 26-year-old Shree&nbsp;Saini&nbsp;from the United States. The Indian American hails from Punjab's Ludhiana, she moved to US when she was 5 years old.&nbsp;
Olivia Yace from Cote d'Ivoire&nbsp;was declared the second runner-up.
India's Manasa Varanasi from Telangana failed to make it to the Top 6 but she was part of the top 13 contestants.&nbsp;

The finale of Miss World 2021 has been temporarily postponed after several contestants tested positive for Covid-19.&nbsp;The announcement was made on Thursday, just hours before the event was scheduled to start. &nbsp;
The contestants are currently in isolation in Puerto Rico, where the finale was scheduled to take place.&nbsp;
Among those infected is Manasa Varanasi, who&nbsp;was crowned Miss India World 2020, and will represent India at the international beauty pageant.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Miss India Organisation said on their official Instagram page, "We were in great disbelief that she might not be able to grace the world stage inspite of her immense hard work and dedication, however her safety is of utmost importance to us."&nbsp;
In a press release, the Miss World organisation said,&nbsp;&ldquo;Miss World 2021 temporarily postpones global broadcast finale in Puerto Rico due to health and safety interest of contestants, staff, crew and general public.&nbsp;&nbsp;After a&nbsp;meeting with virologists and medical experts hired to oversee the Miss World 2021 event, organizers decided to postpone the broadcast finale at Puerto Rico&nbsp;to be held within the next 90 days.
