Bharatiya Janata Party MP Nishikant Dubey has accused Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary of leaking the Ethics Committee's report which suggests the expulsion of Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra.&nbsp; The report was purportedly leaked before it was sent to the Lok Sabha Speaker. Dubey said, "I don't know what is mentioned in the report...what I had to say I said before the Ethics Committee... I will be able to comment only after the report is tabled. I don't know how the report was leaked, I think Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary leaked it." BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on November 2 said that no power in the world can save TMC MP Mahua Moitra in the cash-for-query case.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Thursday alleged that TMC MP Mahua Moitra tried to create a wrong narrative about the proceedings of the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee that is probing allegations of "gifts-for-query" against her.
Dubey's remark came hours after opposition members of the ethics panel stormed out of the meeting along with Moitra, accusing the committee's chairperson of asking the TMC leader personal and unethical questions.
Addressing a press conference here, Dubey said the committee was bound to question Moitra on the affidavit filed by businessman Darshan Hiranandani.
He also alleged that the opposition was perturbed by the fact that the panel is headed by an OBC member. "They were unable to digest the fact," Dubey said.
The BJP leader also claimed that "no power" can save Moitra after all the evidence provided by him and others against her to the ethics committee.
Moitra has been accused of asking questions, which were keyed in through her parliamentary account, at the behest of Hiranandani in return for bribes and favours from the Dubai-based scion of a well-known business family.

BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Saturday filed a complaint with the anti-corruption ombudsman Lokpal against TMC MP Mahua Moitra, accusing her of taking bribes to raise questions in Parliament.
Firing a fresh salvo against her, Dubey said she was in India when her parliamentary ID was used in Dubai and claimed that the National Informatics Centre (NIC) had disclosed the information to probe agencies.
Moitra, whose party has been quiet on the issue, remained combative and kept up her attack on the Adani Group, alleging that charges have been levelled against her at its behest.
She also claimed on X that she had received a message about an impending CBI raid. "I am busy with Durga Puja. I invite CBI to come home &amp; count my pairs of shoes. But first please file FiR into ₹13,000 crore coal money Adani stole from Indians," Moitra said.
Soon after her post, Dubey posted a message in Hindi, saying he was "tired of hearing of CBI, CBI" and has lodged a complaint with Lokpal, which is entrusted with probing the case of corruption against public authorities, including MPs.
"Lokpal oversees the complaints against parliamentarians and ministers. The CBI is its medium," he said.
Earlier, the BJP leader alleged that "an MP pawned the country's security for some money." "The MP's ID was opened from Dubai when the so-called parliamentarian was in India. The entire Indian government, including the prime minister, finance department and central agencies, use this NIC," the BJP MP said.
"Does the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and the opposition still have to do politics? People will take a decision. The NIC has given this information to probe agency," Dubey said without naming the agency.

Moitra hit back saying Adani's dealings are related to national security and "not (an) email ID that every PA &amp; every unchecked intern team of every MP has publicly &amp; accesses at will".
"Request NIC to please release ALL details of MPs publicly to show they were physically present in place from where IDs were accessed by their PAs &amp; researchers/interns/staff. Don't use Fake Degree wala for leak, make this public NOW (sic)," she posted on X.
Targeting the Adani Group, she said, "Sorry Mr. Adani. I am not taking your deal to shut up for six months in return for &ldquo;peace&rdquo;. And nor am I taking the second deal where I am allowed to attack you but not the PM. Adani used to CASH TO NOT QUESTION. Now he is forced to create a fake CASH FOR QUESTIONS (sic)." Dubey has accused Moitra of accepting bribes and favours for asking questions in Lok Sabha at the behest of businessman Darshan Hiranandani to target the Adani Group and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Lok Sabha's Ethics Committee is looking into Dubey's complaint and has asked him to appear before it on October 26 for recording "oral evidence".
In a signed affidavit submitted to the committee, Hiranandani has admitted to using Moitra's parliamentary login to ask questions targeting Adani after state-owned behemoth Indian Oil Corporation booked capacity at the Gujarat-based conglomerate's Dhamra LNG import facility in Odisha and not at his firm's planned facility.
"Adani may use BJP agencies to browbeat competition and buy airports but just try doing it with me," Moitra had said on October 15 after the allegations surfaced.
Adani Group had in a statement referred to the complaint by Dubey to say that they "corroborate" the conglomerate's previous statements that "some groups and individuals have been working overtime to harm our name, goodwill and market standing".
In Parliament and outside, Moitra had been making allegations against the Adani Group for the last couple of years.

An FIR has been registered against Bharatiya Janata Party Lok Sabha MPs Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and seven others for allegedly forcing Air Traffic Control (ATC) officials at Jharkhand's Deoghar airport to give clearance to their chartered flight for take-off at night On August 31, as per an India Today report.  

In his statement, the complainant said that the local time of sunset on the day of the incident was 6:03 pm and air services were to be conducted up to 5:30 pm. But the chartered flight with the BJP leaders on board took off at 6:17 pm.

The case was lodged on September 1 based on a complaint filed by airport security in-charge Suman Anand who accused the leaders of 'violating safety standards'.
The newly inaugurated airport doesn't have a &lsquo;night take-off or landing facility&rsquo; yet. Flights currently operate only till 30 minutes before sunset.
In his statement, the complainant said that the local time of sunset on the day of the incident was 6:03 pm and air services were to be conducted up to 5:30 pm. But the chartered flight with the BJP leaders on board took off at 6:17 pm.

All nine persons, including both the MPs and the airport director, have been booked under IPC sections 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), 447 (punishment for criminal trespass), 448 (punishment for house-trespass),&nbsp; Kunda police station in-charge Praveen Kumar was quoted as saying by the news agency.
As per the FIR accessed by The Indian Express, on August 31, Lok Sabha MP from Godda Nishikant Dubey, his son Kanishk Kant Dubey, Mahikant Dubey, MP Manoj Tiwari, Mukesh Pathak, Devta Pandey, and Pintu Tiwari entered the high-security ATC room without permission and used their influence to pressure officials to give clearance to their chartered flight.
On September 2, Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri also wrote a letter to the Principal Secretary, Cabinet-Coordination (Civil Aviation), Jharkhand demanding an inquiry into the issue.
Reacting to the FIR against him, Nishikant Dubey told India Today, "The airport authority did not object. We took permission from the director of the airport I am ready to fight the case, we will put forward our side of the events.&rdquo;
On Friday, Dubey got into a Twitter fight with&nbsp; Bhajantri, who said the BJP leader bypassed safety regulations and forcibly got clearance for his flight.
Dubey hit back, tweeting, "I&rsquo;d suggest you to study aviation rules again. As an IAS officer, the nation expects better from you. Now the matter is under investigation at all possible levels, please comment further only after reading aviation and airport rules carefully henceforth."

A day after Jharkhand Police registered an FIR against BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey,&nbsp; Manoj Tiwari, and seven others over forcing flight take-off from Deoghar airport, Delhi Police filed a 'zero FIR' against the deputy commissioner of Deoghar and some police officials following Dubey's complaint. They have been charged with sedition and sections under the Officials Secret Acts have been invoked.
On August 31, nine people, including Dubey, his two sons, and fellow BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, allegedly forced Air Traffic Control (ATC) officials to provide clearance for their chartered flight to take off at night despite the newly-constructed airport not having a night take-off or landing facility.&nbsp;
According to the Delhi Police's 'zero FIR', which was filed at the North Avenue police station in Delhi on Saturday, Dubey was "threatened to be killed by Jharkhand Police on the direction of Deoghar&rsquo;s deputy commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri."

As per a report by The Indian Express, the FIR that Delhi Police sent to the Kunda police station in Deoghar for investigation, stated, &ldquo;MP Nishikant Dubey, Chairman, Deoghar Airport Advisory Committee has lodged a complaint at P.S. North Avenue (11.34 am September 3)&hellip; Prima facie offences under IPC section 124A (sedition), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of duty), 448 (house trespass), 201 (causing disappearance of evidence), 506 (criminal intimidation),120B (criminal conspiracy) and Officials Secrets Act.&rdquo;
Responding to the charges against him, Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri told The Indian Express, &ldquo;It (FIR) is an absurd and 100 per cent concocted story&hellip; an afterthought&hellip; (after) getting caught violating security protocol. During investigation by the competent authorities, everything will be uncovered, black and white.&rdquo;
Dubey and Tiwari had gone to Dumka to meet the family members of a minor girl who was burnt alive and got embroiled in a controversy on their way back to Delhi.
The complaint against Dubey, his two sons, MP Manoj Tiwari, Deoghar Airport Director Sandeep Dhingra and others was lodged by Suman Anand, the security in charge of the airport at Kunda police station on September 1.
The complaint stated that all nine persons violated the safety standards by entering the ATC room at the Deogarh airport and forcibly taking clearance for the take-off, officials said.
It has been alleged that permission was taken "forcibly" from the ATC despite no night take-off or landing facility at the airport that was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 12.
The FIR has resulted in a Twitter spat between Dubey and Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri charging each other for violating the norms by entering the ATC room.
In a tweet, Dubey said, "This act is similar to that of a criminal that you (DC Bhajantri) entered the premises without permission. In what capacity did you enter the airport? Who gave you permission to see CCTV footage? You are frustrated. Continue to take orders from the CM." Taking to Twitter, the IAS officer said, "Hon&rsquo;ble MP Sir, I entered the Airport terminal after taking a legitimate entry pass. DC is also a Member on the Board of Directors of Deoghar Airport."

Dubey said that he would raise the issue in the Parliament if it is allowed to function. He also called for an investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) into a "conspiracy to break the nation".
The BJP MP added, "Government of India should impose President's Rule in Jharkhand. If the entire state is moving towards Islamisation, Bangladesh refugees are being given shelter, ISI activities are increasing. What other options are there? If country doesn't survive, then nothing will survive. This is a big conspiracy to break the nation. Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha are involved in this. Congress has broken the nation once, but wants to do it again."
