Replying to Scott's tweet, many users asked him not to compare Shah Rukh with the &lsquo;Top Gun: Maverick&rsquo; star and pointed out the disrespect handed out to the &lsquo;Dil Se&rsquo; actor in the comparison.

We share the same worldview, and we all grew up watching and believing in the same movies. We agree on that. So, the fact that he doesn't have a name, and he's found in a theatre that was called Navrang&hellip; Although it was cut, you might still see this in the OTT version. None of us dismisses it or declares it to be cheesy.&rsquo;

The teaser of Disney Plus Hotstar&rsquo;s upcoming comedy show &lsquo;Pop Kaun&rsquo; has been released. It featured comedy veterans, actors Johnny Lever and Saurabh Shukla, who are seen spoofing Salman Khan-Shah Rukh Khan&rsquo;s scene from &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo;.
Sharing the promo on social media, the makers wrote, 'Kursi ki peti baandh lijiye mausam bigadne nahi, comedy hone wala hai.'
In the video, Johnny and Saurabh are seen sitting on the bridge and discussing the future of comedy in India, and wondering who could take their legacy forward. They later decide that they could not leave it up to the young comedians; much like Shah Rukh and Salman in the 'Pathaan' scene.

In an exclusive conversation with News18, he said, 'There&rsquo;s a vacuum of those kinds of stories here. I&rsquo;m pretty sure we&rsquo;ll be filling that up. So, yes, there&rsquo;s definitely a plan to make a spy film with the women.'
He added, 'There&rsquo;s no limitation here and we don&rsquo;t just plan on working with Hrithik, Shah Rukh sir, and Salman sir. There are two other crucial characters in the universe &ndash; Rubina (played by Deepika) and Zoya (played by Katrina).'
Deepika and Katrina have given action-packed performances in 'Pathaan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai', respectively.

Actor Deepika Padukone, who is enjoying the tremendous box office success of &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo;, recently shared her journey in the film industry and her bond with co-star Shah Rukh Khan. The Siddharth Anand directorial had faced a lot of criticism over the song &lsquo;Besharam Rang&rsquo; ahead of its release and the actors has restrained from reacting to the situation.
Now, in an interview with India Today, Deepika was asked about the controversy surrounding &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo; and how she dealt with it. She credited her and Shah Rukh&rsquo;s sports backgrounds for keeping composure during controversies.
&lsquo;I can say this for both of us that we don&rsquo;t know any other way of being. I think that&rsquo;s just who we are as people and the way we have been brought up by our respective families. We came here [to Mumbai] alone with just dreams and aspirations. All we know is commitment, hard work and humility, and it has gotten us where we are. Some of it (handling adversity) comes with experience and maturity. We both have been athletes. I do know that he played sport in school and college. Sport teaches you a lot about restraint,&rsquo; she said.
Speaking about her on-screen and off-screen chemistry with SRK, she said, &lsquo;Fifteen years ago, a superstar like him showed immense faith in a rank newcomer, who had no experience or lineage in the film industry, and cast me opposite him without an audition, mind you, that too in a double role. The beautiful part of our relationship is that one handhold or one hug communicates everything that we need to convey to each other.&rsquo;
Deepika further revealed that &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo;s success was a collective effort of the cast and crew. She shared the atmosphere on the set was light-hearted despite the demanding nature of the film. She also praised Shah Rukh&rsquo;s generosity as a co-star. She said, &lsquo;He understands what is important for a film, and that for a film to work, everyone needs to succeed. Nobody understands and executes it better than him.&rsquo;

Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan has opened up about the success of Shah Rukh Khan starrer &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo;. He said that the Siddharth Anand directorial was a much-needed blockbuster not only for the Hindi film industry, which was going through a low phase, but also for SRK, who had a tough time personally in the last few years.
Arbaaz said a success like &lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo; is &lsquo;good for the industry&rsquo; and it reiterates the belief that people still want to catch a good film in cinema halls. &lsquo;And it was perfectly-timed. More so for Shah Rukh (Khan), for all that he and his family have gone through last two years, I think this was a payback for the poor fellow. It was a very deserving, entertaining film and Shah Rukh was best in it,&rsquo; Indian Express quoted Arbaaz Khan as saying.

&lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo; marks Shah Rukh&rsquo;s return to the big screen after four years and the actor has been frequently interacting with fans by hosting the #AskSRK sessions on Twitter where fans ask him questions and he responds to them.
&lsquo;Pathaan&rsquo;, directed by Siddharth Anand, also stars John Abraham and Dimple Kapadia. It has become the fifth highest grossing Indian film in history after beating Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar (2017). The film released on January 25.
