Prime Video India has released its slate for 2024. At the &lsquo;Are You Ready&rsquo; event held in Mumbai, the streamer unveiled their list of films and series that will be released this year. The lineup featured a host of new series and films. Check out the list.&nbsp;
<h3>'Citadel: Honey Bunny'&nbsp;</h3>
Prime Video has confirmed the Indian series within the 'Citadel' universe will be called 'Citadel: Honey Bunny'. &nbsp;They added, "'Citadel: Honey Bunny' has a riveting narrative that fuses the pulse-pounding elements of a gritty spy action thriller with the heartwarming allure of a love story, all set against the vibrant tapestry of the 90s. Honey Bunny is the Indian series within the Citadel universe." The show will star Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan in leading roles. &nbsp;
<h3>'The Rana Connection'&nbsp;</h3>
Actor Rana Daggubati is all set to come up with an exciting show featuring his friends and contemporaries from Indian cinema. &nbsp;The show is titled The Rana Connection. Taking to Instagram, Prime Video shared the news with fans and captioned the post, "An exciting and curiosity-piquing talk show hosted by celebrated actor Rana Daggubati, featuring his friends and contemporaries from Indian cinema. #TheRanaConnectionOnPrime #AreYouReady #PrimeVideoPresents."
<h3>'Daldal'</h3>
Bhumi Pednekar is all set to make her OTT series debut with Prime Video's upcoming series, 'Daldal'. The show is based on 'Bhendi Bazaar' by Vish Dhamija. &nbsp;"Haunted by the guilt of her past and dealing with the demons of her present, a newly-appointed DCP, Rita Ferreira, must embark on an investigation of a series of murders that puts her on a collision course with a cold-blooded serial killer," Prime Video India captioned.&nbsp;
<h3>'Follow Kar Lo Yaar'</h3>
Uorfi Javed is launching her own reality show, 'Follow Kar Lo Yaar'. &nbsp;Prime Video shared a post about the show along with a poster. The caption read, " Uorfi Javed is India&rsquo;s biggest viral sensation - where she goes, drama follows! Her fame, like her clothes, are self-made but now she&rsquo;s taking it all to the next level. Get to know the real Uorfi as she ups her game and her fame, while also keeping her fully dysfunctional family together."
<h3>'Be Happy'</h3>
Abhishek Bachchan will play a doting father in his next, 'Be Happy,' directed by Remo D'Souz. Sharing the first poster of the film, Prime Video captioned, "Unfold the journey of a single father and his talented daughter who aspires to perform on the country&rsquo;s biggest dance reality show. Be Happy highlights the extraordinary lengths a father will go to fulfil his daughter&rsquo;s dreams and find true happiness."&nbsp;
<h3>'Subedar'</h3>
Anil Kapoor starrer 'Subedar' &nbsp;will also be released on Prime Video. &nbsp;Directed by Suresh Triveni, the screenplay is co-written by Suresh Triveni and Prajwal Chandrashekar. &nbsp;In this adrenaline-pumping drama, Subedaar Arjun Singh (Anil Kapoor) confronts the challenges of civilian life, manoeuvring through a tense relationship with his daughter.&nbsp;
<h3>'Pataal Lok'&nbsp;</h3>
Jaideep Ahlawat's 'Pataal Lok' has finally been renewed for Season 2. Sharing the first look from the second instalment, Prime Video wrote, "Two seemingly disconnected cases get Hathiram and Ansari to work together again, sending them down the track of a nebulous conspiracy."&nbsp;
<h3>'Matka King'&nbsp;</h3>
The story of a cotton trader who starts a new gambling game that takes Mumbai by storm in the 1960s. Starring Vijay Varma, the show will be directed by Nagraj Manjule. &nbsp;
Also on the lineup are the much-awaited third instalments of the wildly popular shows 'Mirzapur', 'The Family Man' and 'Panchayat'.

Rishab Shetty&rsquo;s &lsquo;Kantara&rsquo; made headlines recently after Kerala-based band Thaikkudam Bridge alleged that the song &lsquo;Varaha Roopam&rsquo; from the film was plagiarised from their song &lsquo;Navarasam&rsquo;. They even sought legal action against the song. The film was released on the OTT platform Prime Video on Thursday, November 24. Now, Thaikkudam Bridge took to their Facebook page and announced that &lsquo;Varaha Roopam&rsquo; has been removed from the film by Prime Video.
Sharing a picture collage of their song and 'Varaha Roopam', Thaikkudam Bridge wrote, &lsquo;Amazon Prime has removed the plagiarised version of our song N A V A R A S A M from the movie KANTARA. Justice Prevails. Thanks to our Attorney: Satish Murthi &amp; our mentor Mathrubhumi for their unstinted support. Thanks to our musician fraternity, fans and media who extended their wholehearted support to fight for their rights.&rsquo;
However, fans of the Rishab Shetty-starrer are disappointed as &lsquo;Varaha Roopam&rsquo; has been removed. Soon, the hashtag, #BringBackVarahaRoopam trended on Twitter with many pointing out that without the song, the film looks soul-less.

Kantara, directed by Rishab Shetty, has earned over ₹400 crore gross at the box-office globally. It has emerged as the highest-grossing film of all time in Karnataka.

'Black Widow' has also been in the headlines, due to an ongoing legal battle between Scarlett Johanssen and Disney over the Hollywood star's remuneration from the film's theatrical and OTT distribution.

'Money Heist Season 5' is undoubtedly the most-anticipated show to release this week, and the excitement among loyal fans is palpable.
Season 5 will pick up directly after the events of previous episodes, with the gang shut inside the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours. With the military closing in, it's going to get really tough for the heist team.&nbsp;
Violence goes side by side when it comes to bank heists, and in this season too, expect some edge-of-the-seat action-packed scenes.

Take Tony Leung's anger, add to that some spectacular CGI, and it's an experience worth the big screen, something we have been missing for the last two years.

In the film, "Helmet" is the local slang that is often used for condoms in our country.
Three men dealing with some financial trouble, decide to rob a passing truck. Things take a hilarious turn when they find out that the truck was actually carrying condoms.
Their entrepreneurial spirit leads them to start a business where they sell condoms to those who are shy of buying them from local chemists.
'Helmet' has been produced by Dino Morea and features Aparshakti Khurana, Pranutan Bahl, Abhishek Banerjee in key roles.

Sacha Baron Cohen's&nbsp;Borat to be back soon. He has filmed a&nbsp;sequel&nbsp;to his 2006 film &ldquo;Borat! Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan&rdquo; that Amazon plans to release&nbsp;before&nbsp;the&nbsp;election. The streaming giant confirmed on Tuesday&nbsp;that it has acquired worldwide rights to the film.The film will see Sacha Baron Cohen reprising his titular role. 'Borat 2' will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from November 2.

15 streaming platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar have reportedly signed a self-regulatory code to ensure no content on their platforms is censored by Indian regulators. Reportedly created by the Internet and Mobile Association of India, the code is already in effect, and lists common approaches to label content via age, provide descriptions, and offer ways to report violations in the system. The streaming services are also required to set up complaint departments and internal committees to look into any issues.
