A total of 8 CCTV cameras have been stolen from Gadaffi stadium ahead of the Lahore leg of the Pakistan Super League, as per local reports. 

As per the information available, the total cost of security arrangements at the stadium was 500 million Pakistani rupees.

While the Punjab govt has agreed to compensate half the money, they want the Pakistan cricket board to take care of the remaining expense.&nbsp; However, with both parties unable to find a common ground, the reports suggest that the venue could be shifted to Karachi.&nbsp;

Following Amir's statement, Peshawar Zalmi's Twitter account capitalised on the situation and showcased Babar's name in the tailender's section in their scorecard.

Former Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir's dig at national team captain Babar Azam came back to bite him after Babar scored 68 runs on his Peshawar debut against his former side Karachi Kings in the new PSL season.
Amir, when asked about facing Babar before the match, had said that bowling to Pakistani skipper takes the same amount of effort as bowling to a tailender does. However, that wasn't the case as Babar's all-important knock helped the Zalmi win on the night.
Following Amir's statement, Peshawar Zalmi's Twitter account also mocked the out-of-favour pacer by showcasing Babar's name in the tailenders' section in their scorecard after their 2-run win.

'The PCB are interested in including overseas domestic teams in the PSL. Those talks have been very positive and we expect them to continue in the coming weeks,' stated Middlesex CEO Andrew Cornish.
There is no talk of Middlesex taking part in the competition in 2023 but it is possible a squad will be sent for a short pre-season warm-up tour as a sign of commitment.&nbsp;
While other teams have had to pay millions to enter into the PSL but it is understood there is unlikely to be any fee required for Middlesex. Instead, the PSL is understood to value the commercial reach of an established English team.
