Putin will make working visits to both countries on Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
The talks will focus on bilateral relations, the war between Israel and Hamas and other international issues, Peskov said. Issues related to oil price caps under OPEC+ will also be on the agenda, he added.
Putin's trip was first announced on Monday by his foreign affairs adviser Yuri Ushakov, who didn't give a date for the visits when he spoke to the Russian news outlet Life.
&ldquo;I hope that these will be very useful negotiations, which we consider extremely important,&rdquo; Ushakov was quoted as saying by Life.
Putin will make the visit at a time when Russia wants to advance its role as a power broker in the conflict in the Middle East.
Putin will host Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in the Kremlin on Thursday, Peskov added.
The Russian president visited China in October and recently made several trips to former Soviet nations.
The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin in March for war crimes, accusing him of personal responsibility for the abductions of children from Ukraine.
Since the warrant was issued, Putin chose not to attend a BRICS summit in South Africa because the country would be obliged to arrest Putin upon arrival as it is a signatory to the international court's treaty.
Neither Saudi Arabia nor the UAE have signed the ICC's founding treaty.
The notice against Putin in March was the first time the global court issued a warrant against a leader of one of the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council. The ICC said in a statement that Putin is accused of the war crime of &rdquo;unlawful deportation" of children from occupied areas of Ukraine to Russia.

In 2021, authorities outlawed the foundation and the vast network of Navalny&rsquo;s offices in Russian regions, calling them extremist organizations and exposing anyone involved to possible prosecution.
Navalny&rsquo;s allies say the charges retroactively criminalize all the foundation&rsquo;s activities since its creation in 2011.
The 47-year-old opposition leader is President Vladimir Putin&rsquo;s fiercest foe and has exposed official corruption and organized major anti-Kremlin protests.
He was arrested in January 2021 upon returning to Moscow after recuperating in Germany from a nerve agent poisoning.
He blamed that poisoning on the Kremlin, which denied involvement.
The authorities previously sentenced him to two and a half years in prison for parole violations and then to another nine years on charges of fraud and contempt of court.
It wasn&rsquo;t immediately clear if he will serve the new sentence concurrently with those.

Putin opponents punished but Russia closes criminal probe into Wagner mutiny 

The announcement was the latest twist in a series of stunning events in recent days that have brought the gravest threat so far to President Vladimir Putin's grip on power amid the 16-month-old war in Ukraine.

Russian authorities said Tuesday they have closed a criminal investigation into the armed rebellion led by mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, with no charges against him or any of the other participants.
The Federal Security Service, or FSB, said its investigation found that those involved in the mutiny &ldquo;ceased activities directed at committing the crime,&rdquo; so the case would not be pursued.
Over the weekend, the Kremlin pledged not to prosecute Prigozhin and his fighters after he stopped the revolt on Saturday, even though Putin had branded them as traitors.
The charge of mounting an armed mutiny carries a punishment of up to 20 years in prison. Prigozhin escaping prosecution poses a stark contrast to how the Kremlin has treated those staging anti-government protests in Russia.
Many opposition figures in Russia have received long prison terms and are serving time in penal colonies notorious for harsh conditions.
The whereabouts of Prigozhin remained a mystery Tuesday. The Kremlin has said he would be exiled to neighbouring Belarus, but neither he nor the Belarusian authorities have confirmed that.
An independent Belarusian military monitoring project Belaruski Hajun said a business jet that Prigozhin reportedly uses landed near Minsk on Tuesday morning.
The media team for Prigozhin, the 62-year-old head of the Wagner private military contractor, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Belarus' authoritarian President Alexander Lukashenko, a close Putin ally who brokered a deal with Prigozhin to stop the uprising, didn't immediately address Prigozhin's fate in a speech Tuesday.
Lukashenko, who has ruled Belarus with an iron hand for 29 years, relentlessly stifling dissent and relying on Russian subsidies and political support, portrayed the uprising as the latest development in a clash between Prigozhin and Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu.
Their long-simmering personal feud has at times boiled over, and Prigozhin has said the revolt aimed to unseat Shoigu, not Putin.
Lukashenko framed the insurrection by Wagner as a significant threat, saying he placed Belarus' armed forces on a combat footing as the mutiny unfolded.
Like Putin, he couched the Ukraine war in terms of an existential threat to Russia, saying: &ldquo;If Russia collapses, we all will perish under the debris.&rdquo; In a nationally televised address Monday night, Putin once again blasted organizers of the rebellion as traitors who played into the hands of Ukraine's government and its allies. Although he was critical of Prigozhin, Putin praised the work of Wagner commanders.
That was &ldquo;likely in an effort to retain them&rdquo; in the Russian effort in Ukraine, because Moscow needs &ldquo;trained and effective manpower&rdquo; as it faces the early stages of a Ukrainian counteroffensive, according to a Washington-based think tank.
The Institute for the Study of War also noted that the break between Putin and Prigozhin is likely beyond repair and that providing the Wagner chief and his loyalists with Belarus as an apparent safe haven could be a trap.
Prigozhin's short-lived insurrection over the weekend has rattled Russia's leadership.
Putin sought to project stability in his speech, criticizing the uprising's &ldquo;organizers,&rdquo; without naming Prigozhin. He also praised Russian unity in the face of the crisis, as well as rank-and-file Wagner fighters for not letting the situation descend into &ldquo;major bloodshed.&rdquo; Putin returned to this theme in a speech Tuesday to soldiers and law enforcement officers in the Kremlin, praising them for averting &ldquo;a civil war.&rdquo; He again declared that the army and people didn't support the mutiny, but avoided mentioning Prigozhin by name.
On Monday, Prigozhin defended his actions in a defiant audio statement. He again taunted the Russian military but said he hadn't been seeking to stage a coup against Putin.
In another show of projecting authority, the Kremlin showed Putin meeting Monday night with top security, law enforcement and military officials, including Shoigu, whom Prigozhin had sought to remove.
Putin thanked his team for their work over the weekend, implying support for the embattled Shoigu. Earlier, the authorities released a video of Shoigu reviewing troops in Ukraine.
It also wasn't clear whether he would be able to keep his mercenary force. In his speech, Putin offered Prigozhin's fighters to either come under Russia's Defence Ministry's command, leave service or go to Belarus.
Prigozhin said Monday, without elaborating, that the Belarusian leadership proposed solutions that would allow Wagner to operate &ldquo;in a legal jurisdiction,&rdquo; but it was unclear what that meant.&nbsp;

All four worked for Gazprombank, the main channel of Russian oil and gas payments and the accounts in question were opened in 2014 by companies owned by Sergei Roldugin, a concert cellist close to Putin, reported WSJ.
They face fines ranging from 48,000 Swiss francs to 540,000 francs, and two years of probation, the court said. If they behave in that period, they don't have to pay the fines, reported WSJ.

The Hague-based ICC accused the Russian president of responsibility for war crimes committed by Russian forces in Ukraine during the war that has been ongoing for over a year.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Friday issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian official Maria Alekseyevna LvovaBelova for the alleged scheme to deport Ukrainian children to Russia, reported CNN.
The Hague-based ICC accused the Russian president of responsibility for war crimes committed by Russian forces in Ukraine during the war that has been ongoing for over a year.
The Hague-based court said in a statement on Friday Putin "is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of the population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation."
It also issued a warrant for the arrest of Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, the commissioner for children's rights in the office of the president of the Russian Federation on similar allegations, reported Al Jazeera.
Russia did not immediately comment following the ICC's move on Friday.

Vladimir Putin's current condition means that he will be unable to actively participate in various activities during the treatment including fully participating in the governance of the military operations in Ukraine.

Speaking a day after his surprise trip to the Ukrainian capital, Biden said: "Kyiv stands strong, Kyiv stands proud, it stands tall and most importantly it stands free".
Biden also responded to an anti-West speech made by Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier Tuesday.
"The West is not plotting to attack Russia as Putin said today," Biden said.
"Millions of Russian citizens who only want to live in peace with their neighbours are not the enemy."
Biden stressed the West's continued support for Ukraine.
Putin "thought autocrats like himself were tough and leaders of democracy were soft and then he met the iron will of America and nations everywhere that refused to accept a world governed by fear," he said.
"There should be no doubt: our support for Ukraine will not waver, NATO will not be divided and we will not tire."
The official visit to Poland is Biden's second in the past 12 months.
On Wednesday, he will meet in Warsaw with the leaders of nine countries on NATO's eastern flank.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday held wide-ranging discussions in Moscow and agreed to continue working towards implementing the strategic partnership between the two countries.
The Indian embassy in Moscow said the discussions were focused on bilateral and regional issues, but it did not elaborate on the issues.

Doval began his two-day visit to Russia on Wednesday.
On Monday, Russian Ambassador to New Delhi Denis Alipov said Russia wants to further diversify its relations with India.
The NSA's visit to Russia came three months after External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar travelled to the country during which the two sides vowed to expand their economic engagement including India's import of petroleum products from its "time-tested" partner.
On Wednesday, Doval attended the fifth meeting of Secretaries of Security Councils/NSAs on Afghanistan which was hosted by Russia.
In the meeting, Doval said no country should be allowed to use Afghan territory to export terrorism and asserted that India will never abandon the people of Afghanistan in their time of need.
Besides Russia and India, the meeting was attended by representatives from &nbsp;Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Doval's visit to Moscow comes weeks ahead of the G-20 foreign ministers' meeting in New Delhi.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected to travel to India to attend the meeting on March 1 and 2.
The ties between India and Russia remained strong notwithstanding Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.
India's import of Russian crude oil has gone up significantly in the last few months despite increasing disquiet over it in many Western countries.

The announcement comes following a request for a ceasefire during the religious holiday from Russia's 76-year-old Orthodox leader Patriarch Kirill.
"I instruct the defence minister of the Russian Federation to introduce from 12:00 (0900 GMT) on January 6, 2023 until 24:00 (2100 GMT) on January 7, 2023 a ceasefire along the entire line of contact between the sides in Ukraine," the Kremlin said in a statement.
"Given the fact that a large number of citizens professing Orthodoxy live in the areas of combat, we call on the Ukrainian side to declare a ceasefire and give them the opportunity to attend church services on Christmas Eve, as well as on the Day of the Nativity of Christ," the statement added.
In a call with the Russian leader earlier Thursday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan pressed Putin to declare a "unilateral" ceasefire in Ukraine.
