Taking to his Instagram story, Raj Kundra shared a cryptic post on his Instagram story. His post featured a picture of a lion with the text, &ldquo;Learning to stay calm when you feel disrespected is a different type of growth.&rdquo; Along with the post, Kundra also added the background music of the film &lsquo;Animal&rsquo;. &nbsp;
His post is being seen as a response to the ED crackdown. On Thursday, the Enforcement Directorate attached properties worth ₹ 98 crore belonging to Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. The action was taken in connection with a case linked to Bitcoin Ponzi scam.&nbsp;
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra&rsquo;s lawyer released an official statement, which read, &ldquo;We shall follow the due process of law and take the necessary steps as prescribed under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act to protect the liberty and property of my clients. On the face of it, there is no prima facie case made out against my clients Mr Raj Kundra and Mrs Shilpa Shetty Kundra.&rdquo;&nbsp;
As per the investigation so far, the accused collected approximately ₹ 6,600 crore in Bitcoins in 2017 by deceiving investors. ED has found that Raj Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from the mastermind and is currently in possession of the same. The current value of the Bitcoins in his possession is reportedly more than ₹ 150 crore.&nbsp;

Enforcement Directorate has seized properties worth ₹ 98 crore of Shilpa Shetty&rsquo;s husband Raj Kundra. The action has been taken in connection with a case linked to Bitcoin Ponzi scam. &nbsp;
As per the investigation so far, the accused collected approximately ₹ 6,600 crore in Bitcoins in 2017 by deceiving investors. ED alleges that the promoters then cheated the investors and have been hiding the money in online wallets. &nbsp;
During the investigation, ED has found that Raj Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from the mastermind and is currently in possession of the same. The current value of the Bitcoins in his possession is reportedly more than ₹ 150 crore. &nbsp;
The attached properties include a residential flat in Juhu, registered in the name of actor Shilpa Shetty, another residential property in Pune and some equity shares owned by Raj Kundra. &nbsp;
Meanwhile, this is not the first legal trouble for Kundra. He was earlier in jail on allegations of the production and distribution of pornographic films. Some good news for Raj Kundra. Supreme Court granted the businessman and husband of actor Shilpa Shetty anticipatory bail in the pornography case on Tuesday. Actors Sherlyn Chopra and Poonam Pandey are among others who were granted relief by the apex court. For the unversed, an FIR was filed against the trio for allegedly distributing pornographic videos.
&lsquo;Having heard the counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail,&rsquo; a bench of Justices K M Joseph and B V Nagarathna stated, according to news agency PTI.
Senior advocate R Basant, appearing for one of the accused, reportedly said that a chargesheet has been filed in the case and the accused are cooperating with the probe. This decision comes weeks after Raj&rsquo;s plea for pre-arrest protection was rejected by the Bombay High Court.
Raj Kundra was arrested in a pornography case in July 2021 and released on bail later in the year. Raj was booked under Indian Penal Code sections 420 (cheating), 2,92 and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) and sections of the Information Technology Act and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. The FIR named Sherlyn Chopra and Poonam Pandey as co-accused.

Businessman, actor Shilpa Shetty&rsquo;s husband Raj Kundra has been embroiled in controversy ever since his arrest in connection with the creation and publishing of pornographic films. Recently, the Maharashtra police filed a 450-page chargesheet in court alleging that Raj and the other accused were involved in the pornography case for monetary gains.
Now, <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/raj-kundra-hurt-by-media-trial-after-arrest-in-porn-case-never-participated-in-anything-pornographic-1667377204517">Raj Kundra</a>&rsquo;s lawyer Prashant Patil reacted to the chargesheet. Speaking with E-Times, his lawyer claimed that he got to know about the charesgeet via media reports and added that they will follow the legal procedure to collect it.
&lsquo;We have got to know from media reports that the Mumbai Cyber Crime has filed a chargesheet in the said matter before the Honourable Court. We shall be present before the Honourable Court to comply with the due process of law and collect the copy of the chargesheet,&rsquo; Patil said.
He further mentioned that his client has nothing to do with the said crime and there is no prima facie case made out against him. He added that they shall follow the due process of law and ensure that Raj Kundra gets justice.
The chargesheet accuses Kundra of shooting obscene or porn videos in five-star hotels along with Sherlyn Chopra and Poonam Pandey, film producer Meeta Jhunjhunwala and cameraman Raju Dubey.
Earlier this year, Raj Kundra had written to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) claiming that he is innocent and alleged that the case was built on the personal vendetta of a businessman who connived with police officers to get him arrested.

A person called him famous for being Shilpa&rsquo;s husband, to which Raj replied &lsquo;infamous&rsquo; too along with the hashtag &lsquo;trollers&rsquo;. He responded to another tweet as well in which the user asked him to &lsquo;unhide&rsquo; his face and &lsquo;face the truth&rsquo;. Raj revealed that he doesn&rsquo;t hide his face from the public, but he doesn&rsquo;t wish to give media access to him.

Raj was arrested in a pornography-related case in June last year, and was granted bail after spending over two months in Mumbai&rsquo;s Arthur jail.

In a video that has surfaced online, Raj can be seen carrying a customized sieve with &lsquo;SSK&rsquo; (Shilpa Shetty&rsquo;s initials) written on it. When the paparazzi asked him to pose for pictures, he hid his face behind the sieve and walked inside the gate. &nbsp;&nbsp;
Fans are trolling the businessman for the incident. A month ago, <a href="https://www.editorji.com/story/businessman-raj-kundra-granted-bail-in-porn-scandal-case-1632140029319">Raj Kundra</a> filed a plea before a magistrate&rsquo;s court in Mumbai seeking that he be discharged from the case. According to news agency PTI, police found no evidence against Raj in the case.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered a money laundering case against Raj Kundra in connection with the production and circulation of porn films.Reports indicate that the Enforcement Directorate took a closer look at Kundra developed app named 'Hotshots' which distributed the alleged porn and was sold to a UK based firm Kenrin. It has come to light that the CEO of Kenrin, a UK based company, is Pradeep Bakshi, who is actually Raj Kundra's brother-in-law. And in return Kundra continued to service the app via another company Viaan which ED sources said saw transaction worth crores of rupees for small services. 
News agency ANI reports quoting sources that porn movies, which were made in India and uploaded on the Hotshots app and the money that subscribers paid was was transacted in the name of Kundra's company Viaan Industries.Raj Kundra now out on bail, was arrested on July 19, 2021 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films which he continues to refute.
