Kolkata Knight Riders won their third IPL title by trouncing former champions Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets in the final on Sunday night.
The team's batting order, both top and middle, was in form throughout the event, including Rinku. Although the 26-year-old batted in only 11 innings, he was effective with 168 runs at a strike rate of 148.67.
"I am headed to Noida first, and then, I will be going to the United States of America. You guys watch, I will also be lifting the World Cup," Rinku told 'Jio Cinema'.

Talking about KKR's performance this season, Rinku credited the entire unit and also lauded team mentor Gautam Gambhir, who returned to the side after seven years.

"The batters played well, and the bowling was great. Venky (Venkatesh Iyer) has been batting well for the last five matches, so overall, everyone has done well," he added.

CSK needed to score 200 plus to qualify and they came agonisingly close to sealing the berth with Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja going hammers and tongs towards the end.
CSK, in fact, needed 17 off the final over but Dayal held his nerves despite being hit for a towering six by Dhoni in the first ball to seal it in the end for RCB.
"I dedicate the Man of the Match (award) to Yash Dayal! I said to him pace off on this wicket is the best option," Du Plessis said during the post-match presentation ceremony.

It's again the combinations like Rohit said, we are not quite sure about conditions we'll get. So, we wanted to try and have enough options. There are couple of wrist spinners that were included in the squad - Chahal and Kuldeep, to give Rohit more options. Axar again, batting all-rounder or bowling all-rounder rather. It's just unfortunate. I don't think it has anything to do with Rinku Singh. It's not his fault that he missed out. It's more the 15 that we felt. Two keepers who are both terrific batters. There's already an extra batter sitting out, whoever doesn't play. So, we just thought of having another bowling option might be handy going forward in the tournament. He's still one of the travelling subs that's how close it was. Tough on him but at the end of the day you can only pick 15." Agarkar explained.

Rinku Singh may have finished with a flourish in the first T20I against Australia on Nov 23 but the maximum off his bat didn't count. In a nail-biting encounter, India needed just 1 off the last ball, Rinku hit Sean Abbott for a six over long on but the Australian had overstepped and it was a a no-ball. While India did win the last-ball thriller, Rinku's six was not added to the total or to his score. This is because according to rules, India's win was secured when Abbott overstepped which preceeded Rinku's six. According to ICC Men&rsquo;s T20I Playing Conditions, clause 16.5.1: 'As soon as a result is reached as defined in clauses 16.1, 16.2 or 16.3.1, the match is at an end. Nothing that happens thereafter, except as in clause 41.17.2 (Penalty runs), shall be regarded as part of it'.

He has played just a couple of international matches so far but Rinku Singh is already a popular name among Indian fans thanks to his five successive sixes in IPL 2023.
Playing for Kolkata Knight Riders, he smashed five sixes in the final over against Gujarat Titans to steer his side to a sensational win.
Recalling the same, Rinku said that moment changed his life forever.
"Those five sixes changed my life. People remember me for that moment. I was feeling great when they took my name and the love they have been showering me with," he said during an interaction with his Indian teammate Ravi Bishnoi on BCCI.tv.
Rinku earned his maiden India call-up for the ongoing T20I series in Ireland, where he has featured in both matches so far, scoring 38 runs in an innings at a strike rate of 180.90.
Speaking about his style of batting, Rinku stated that he always intends to bat until the end, going for the big hits in the closing stages of the match.
"I was incredibly excited to bat in the opening contest (1st T20I). But it's fine (that rain washed out the play). We won." "I always plan to bat till the end, like I do in IPL. I was going for my shots in the final two-three overs. The plan is to stay cool and calm, and that's what I was doing," he added.
Rinku is impressed with the way this young Indian side has performed in Ireland, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-game series.
"We have been playing good cricket. We have won the series and would be aiming to finish on a high," Rinku signed off.
The Indians play the final T20I against the Irish on Wednesday before heading to Sri Lanka for the Asia Cup, starting August 31.&nbsp;

India had won the rain-marred first T20I by two runs under the DLS method.
Fine hands by Gaikwad (58, 43 balls, 6x4, 1x6), Sanju Samson (40, 26 balls, 5x4 1x6) and Rinku Singh (38, 21 balls, 2x4, 3x6) moulded India&rsquo;s charge with the bat.
But on a true pitch, Indian bowlers had to back their batsmen and they produced a superb collective spell under captain Jasprit Bumrah, Prasidh Krishna and Ravi Bishnoi, who grabbed six wickets between them.
Prasidh continued his impressive return to top of the shelf cricket as the pacer packed off Irish captain Paul Stirling and Lorcan Tucker in his first over to reduce the hosts to 19 for 2.

His dismissal ended Ireland's faint hopes for a win and Mark Adair&rsquo;s 15-ball 23providing a mere artificial excitement.
However, before the bowlers took over, India ruled the field through their batsmen.
They started the innings briskly through opener Yashasvi Jaiswal who made an 18 off 11 balls with a couple of fours and a six off pacer Josh Little.
But the innings failed to build on the promise as Jaiswal&rsquo;s attempt to pull Craig Young ended in the hands of Curtis Campher at deep.
Tilak Varma failed to make an impression in the second straight game, this time a mistimed pull off Barry McCarthy was snaffled by George Dockrell close to the ropes.
At 35 for 2, India needed some solidity and momentum. The visitors gained that through Samson and Gaikwad for the third wicket.
They milked 71 runs between them to carry India past the 100-run mark in the 12th over.
Samson, who has triggered selection discussions ahead of India&rsquo;s squad announcement for Asia Cup 2023 on Monday, played a nice, little innings of 40 off 26 balls that contained five fours and a six.
Samson tore into Little in the 11th over, hammering him for 18 runs.
An inside-out loft over covers, a slap over covers and a guide through the cordon brought him three fours in a row.
He decorated that train of aggression with a swivel pull that fetched him a maximum over fine leg.
However, a moment of misfortune ended his stay. Samson wanted to play leg-spinner White over the covers off a wide ball on the off-stump, but he could only drag the delivery back on to his stumps.
At 105 for 3 in the 13th over, India had a good launchpad to get to a sizable total.
Gaikwad kept his end going steadily. It was an anti-thesis to usual the T20 cameos as he looked to build the innings around him.
The right-hander reached his fifty, second in T20Is, with a powerful pull off White.
However, McCarthy's slow ball drew curtains on Gaikwad&rsquo;s innings. India were 129 for 4 then.
But India had a couple of big hitters in their ranks in Rinku Singh and Shivam Dube, and they showed their power-hitting prowess in the 19th and 20th over.
The penultimate over by McCarthy went for 22 runs with Rinku carting him for two sixes and a four, and Adair's final over produced 20 runs as India motored on.&nbsp;
