A 17-year-old boy who had opened fire at anti-CAA protesters outside Jamia Millia Islamia University in New Delhi last encouraged the crowd at a mahapanchayat in Haryana&rsquo;s Pataudi to abduct Muslim women.&nbsp;&nbsp;A purported video of his speech at the mahapanchayat was shared by several people on social media.&nbsp;The teenager, who&nbsp;was sent to a&nbsp;juvenile&nbsp;home, also &lsquo;warned&rsquo; that&nbsp;those with&nbsp;what he said have a&nbsp;&lsquo;terrorist mindset&rsquo;, saying&nbsp;if&nbsp;he can &lsquo;go to Jamia in support of CAA, Pataudi is not very&nbsp;far.&nbsp;The&nbsp;mahapanchayat, was called to discuss religious conversion, &lsquo;love jihad&rsquo;, and a law to control population.&nbsp;&nbsp;The teenager had opened fire at anti-CAA protesters near Jamia Millia Islamia on January 30, 2020. He brandished a gun at the protesters injuring a student.&nbsp;He was later sent to a correctional home by the juvenile justice board, from where he came out after some months.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
