Amid the ongoing political tug of war between Aam Aadmi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party over Delhi excise policy, the AAP-led Punjab government may soon come under attack by the state opposition for its excise policy.&nbsp;
A delegation led by Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal, and other leaders submitted a memorandum to Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit on Wednesday and demanded a CBI inquiry into state excise policy.&nbsp;
The delegation alleged a scam in the policy. Badal said, "There has been a scam in Punjab Excise Policy just like it happened in Delhi. Just like the Delhi LG has ordered an inquiry into the Excise Policy case, we demand a CBI inquiry along the same lines in Punjab.&rdquo; Taking to Twitter, the SAD chief said that they have demanded CBI and ED probes in the Punjab Excise Policy.
