AIMA Conclave:&nbsp;Speaking at&nbsp;All India Management Association&rsquo;s (AIMA) 7th National Leadership Conclave,&nbsp;Sunil Bharti Mittal,&nbsp;Founder, and Chairman, Bharti Enterprises talked about his early life struggles and said&nbsp;business&nbsp;should be more than just generating employment or paying your taxes.&nbsp;
Sunil revealed his first business was to manufacture cycle parts for Hero Cycles and some other customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
In a conversation with&nbsp;Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Enterprise, at AIMA conclave 2022, Mittal mentioned that&nbsp;very large business houses whether Reliance or Adani, all entrepreneurs have come through difficult periods of no resources, very little money, but they all hustle their life.&nbsp;
Business is a force for good and it has a very strong multiplier effect in the society that we live in, Mittal said. Bharti&rsquo;s chief pointed out, &ldquo;Our business needs to now speak to society in a much more fundamental way where they are gaining from what you are doing, so it is more than just generating employment or paying your taxes.
Are you doing it in a responsible way? Are you creating enough momentum through your business to accelerate the participation of the people on the margins of society to come into the mainstream?&rdquo;&nbsp; Bharti Airtel fought difficult battles and emerged stronger as a "very stable&nbsp;organisation", after a five-year storm in the telecom industry that was marked by falling revenue and high debt, Mittal said.&nbsp;
Airtel is completely managed by professionals who are best-in-class, he asserted.&nbsp;
