<p>Ahead of the 4th T20 International between India and West Indies at Lauderhill, Florida, India's bowling coach Paras Mhambrey has made an interesting revelation.<br><br>Youngsters Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Varma, who made their respective debuts during the ongoing West Indies tour, will start bowling too.<br><br>The bowling coach revealed that the two batters possess spin bowling abilities as part-time bowlers.<br><br>'When you have someone who can chip in, it is nice. I have seen Tilak and Yashasvi bowl since U19 days. They are capable of being good bowlers. They can work on it at this level. When you got options like these, it is nice to have them. We will see them bowl soon hopefully, we are working on it. It will take time. Soon, we will see them bowling an over at least.'<br><br>Both Jaiswal and Varma have impressed in their debuts. While Jaiswal has played the two Tests versus West Indies and was also part of the 3rd T20I, Varma has been phenomenal in the three matches he has played so far.</p>

If Rahul returns to fitness, Ishan Kishan is poised to be the second-choice wicketkeeper and reserve opener.</p>
<p>Ashwin pointed out that the shortage of quality finger spinners in top teams might work in Varma's favor. "And look at the spinners from all the top teams. Australia have Ashton Agar. England have Moeen Ali and a leggie in Adil Rashid. So, most teams don't have a finger spinner to challenge the left-handed batters. That is why the emergence of Tilak is crucial."</p>
<p>While Ashwin acknowledges the potential challenges of fast-tracking Varma's selection, he believes the young talent deserves a chance, especially considering his remarkable performances in the Caribbean.</p>
<p>"It is still early but will they see him as an option? He has at least made everyone notice him. He is surely in the contingency plan. Because any selector who would have seen that knock would have gone, 'Woah!'" Ashwin expressed.</p>

He has played 25 List-A games and has an average of 55 plus (56.18). Five hundreds and five half-centuries. It means at least 50 percent times he is converting fifties into hundreds. <p>While Rohit, who is also Varma's colleague at Mumbai Indians had notched up his first 50 when he was 20 years and 143 days old, the Hyderabad-born batter is 20 years and 271 days old currently as on August 6.</p>

<p>The BCCI on Wednesday announced Team India's squad for the T20I series vs the West Indies.</p>
<p>As expected, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma weren't a part of the 15-member squad as youngsters earned call-up for the 5-match series.</p>
<p>Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Varma were rewarded for a consistent domestic season and an impressive IPL 2023 as both batters were included.</p>
<p>Hardik Pandya will lead the Men in Blue while Suryakumar Yadav has been named as his deputy.</p>
<p>However, Rinku Singh, who many experts believed to be a sure-shot, didn't make the cut.</p>
