Facebook has responded to a letter written by the Congress after reports claimed that the social media giant was biased in its action against the hate&nbsp;posts of ruling BJP&nbsp;leaders. In response to KC Venugopal's letter Facebook&nbsp;said it is&nbsp;non-partisan and strives to ensure our platforms remain a space where people express themselves freely. The social media firm further wrote that it&nbsp;takes allegations of bias seriously and denounce hate and bigotry in all forms. Venugopal,&nbsp;in his letter, had asked the company to list the steps it took after a WSJ&nbsp;report claimed that Facebook&nbsp;didn't act against hate-posts by the members of ruling&nbsp;party.
