The Vishva Hindu Parishad warned people of scammers who have been asking for donations for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.&nbsp;

The Vishva Hindu Parishad on Sunday said "some people" have been seeking funds in the name of the Ayodhya Ram temple trust without any approval and a complaint has been made to Uttar Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Union home ministry requesting for immediate action against them. In a post on X, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) national spokesperson Vinod Bansal also cautioned people against falling into the trap of people "trying to dupe" them in the name of the temple trust - Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. He also shared on the microblogging site the complaint sent to the Uttar Pradesh police chief, a copy of which was marked to Adityanath and Home Minister Amit Shah. "Beware! Some people are trying to cheat people carrying fake ID of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra," the VHP spokesperson Bansal said in in post on X. "We have sent the formal Complaint to the Uttar Pradesh DGP, Lucknow Range IG to take immediate steps in the matter of faith," Bansal said in another post on the microblogging site. In a post on X, the VHP had recently said that no one has been given permission to form a separate committee and collect funds for the January 22 consecration ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. "No one has been given permission to form a separate committee and print receipts to collect funds for (upcoming) consecration ceremony at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya," VHP general secretary Milind Parande had said. "Society should also remain alert in such a situation," Parande had said in his post on X on December 22.&nbsp;

Weeks after its procession came under attack and was stopped in Haryana's Nuh, the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Saturday said a "shobha yatra" would be taken out in the area on August 28 and asserted there was no need to obtain permission from the administration for such religious events.
The organisation, however, said it would inform the administration about the procession and was open to discussion on its form and size as "we do not want to cast a shadow on a G20 event", scheduled in Nuh in the first week of September.
The Haryana government on Saturday ordered the suspension of mobile Internet and bulk SMS services in Nuh district till August 28 in view of the call for the procession.
Meanwhile, the Nuh authorities had recently denied permission to hold the religious procession on August 28.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Centre and the state governments concerned to ensure no hate speech or violence takes place in Delhi-NCR during marches being held by VHP and Bajrang Dal to protest the communal clashes in Haryana's Nuh.
A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and S V Bhatti also ordered that additional police or paramilitary forces be deployed and CCTV cameras be installed in sensitive areas.
The top court passed the order after senior advocate C U Singh, appearing for journalist Shaheen Abdullah, said 23 demonstrations have been announced by right-wing groups Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal in various parts of the National Capital Region (NCR).
Six people, including two home guards, have died in the communal violence which broke out in Nuh after a mob tried to stop a VHP procession on July 31. As many as 116 people have been arrested so far, according to the state government.&nbsp;

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad has come out against the bill asking the UP government to remove the one-child policy norm from the bill. The saffron outfit has said that the policy is likely to lead to furthering of the imbalance between different communities and contraction of the population as well.
The saffron outfit has also asked the Yogi Adityanath government to remove "the anomaly" of rewarding or punishing the child, instead of the parents, from the Uttar Pradesh Population (Control, Stabilisation and Welfare) Bill, 2021.
Sections of the bill, which incentivise public servants and others to have only one child in the family, go "well beyond the said objects", VHP working president Alok Kumar has said.
He also suggested to the UP law commission to reconsider the objective of the bill that seeks to bring down the total fertility rate in Uttar Pradesh to 1.7 within a certain time frame.
