The shooting occurred outside an apartment building located at 15th and F Streets Northeast, Contee said.
All the victims were adult males, Contee said, and those wounded were being treated at area hospitals.

The board has already allowed breweries, wineries and restaurants to offer free drinks in exchange for proof of vaccination. Other incentives being offered in Washington include free sports tickets and prize money of up to $1 million.The idea is to persuade more people to get vaccinated, and help control the deadly virus.
But this isn't the first time. In Arizona, the Mint Cannabis Dispensary partnered with a medical group to offer free, onsite vaccinations at its three Phoenix vaccination locations. Those who were vaccinated at the clinics and 21 years of age or older received a free pre-rolled joint and an edible cannabis gummy. They called the initiative &ldquo;Snax for Vaxx.&rdquo;

A US Judge has rejected a request to block a ban on video-sharing app TikTok, set to go into effect from Sunday night in the US. Three creators on the platform filed a request that was denied by a Pennsylvanian Judge since they reportedly failed to prove they would suffer "immediate, irreparable harm" if the ban went into effect. The judge went on to say that since the app would remain functional for those that had already downloaded it, the creators would still have access to their platform and source of revenue. It's worth noting that a separate judge in Washington D.C. is expected to decide today on whether to block the Trump administration's TikTok ban or not.
