Men who ran lasted for about 30 minutes during sex as compared to the other group who lasted just for 50 seconds by the end of the study. However, another study which asked men to practice yoga for 12 weeks, saw their lasting time during sex rise by almost three times which was from an average of below 26 seconds to almost a minute and a half.&nbsp;
Though study authors said as the studies were based on small number of men, they&rsquo;ll need more research in this area, but according to them physical activity does help any kind of fertility dysfunction in men.&nbsp;

To keep your cool, drink buttermilk, coconut water&nbsp;and fruit juices&nbsp;without any&nbsp;added sugar.&nbsp;

The Argentine Federal Police has carried out dozens of raids targeting a sect-like organization leaders have been charged with crimes, including sexual exploitation.

The school “built a cult around its leader” and reduced members to “a situation of slavery and/or sexual exploitation” according to prosecutors' documents in the Argentine case against the school.
The organization set up a business structure that included offices in Argentina and the United States, including branches in at least three U.S. cities: Las Vegas, Chicago and New York.
So far, 19 people have been detained in Argentina, while at least three suspects are thought to remain at large inside the South American country and four are being sought in the United States.
The name of Placido Domingo, the Spanish opera singer who has faced accusations of sexual harassment from numerous women over the past three years, has appeared in the investigation but he has not been accused of any wrongdoing in the Argentina case.
Domingo has not spoken publicly about the latest developments and his representatives did not respond to requests for comment.
Sexual trafficking and exploitation were the main sources of income for the group that had an estimated revenue of around $500,000 per month, according to the judicial official.
The Buenos Aires Yoga School had numerous groups of women who were forced to maintain sexual encounters in exchange for money, prosecutors allege.
At least seven women were incorporated into the group when they were still children or teenagers and were sexually exploited, according to the prosecution's documents.
People came from the United States to Argentina to have sex with the women and investigators say women were also transported to neighboring Uruguay and the U.S. for sexual encounters.

Yoga and other physical relaxation methods can help reduce work-related stress, according to an analysis of studies conducted on healthcare staff. The findings of the study were published in the Journal of Occupational Health.

During a meta-analysis, researchers examined 15 randomized clinical trials that involved nearly 700 health care workers. The trials evaluated the effects of massage therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, stretching and yoga on reducing stress and enhancing physical and mental health.
Researchers found that only massage therapy and yoga were effective, with the latter being the best method. Healthcare workers who engaged in yoga responded more positively to questionnaires designed to assess stress, physical and emotional burnout.

Ahead of International Day of Yoga on June 21, students of Pune's Azam Campus were seen practising Yoga on Monday. In an open ground of the campus, girl students clad in burqas worked on their asanas. It was a mix of school and college students from various institutes of Azam Campus. Boys too followed suit and worked on their Yoga skills.&nbsp;
On June 21, Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is on a 2-day visit to Karnataka will take part in Yoga day activities organised by the Department of Ayurveda, Unani, Sidda and Homoeopathy (AYUSH). The theme of this year's International Day of Yoga is "Yoga for Humanity". The theme portrays how yoga served humanity in alleviating suffering during the Covid pandemic.&nbsp;
Integrating the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' with the the yoga day, the Prime Minister's Office said mass yoga demonstrations will be organised at 75 iconic locations across the country under the leadership of 75 Union ministers, with PM Modi attending the exercise at Mysore. &nbsp;The yoga demonstrations will also be held by various educational, social, political, cultural, religious, corporate and other civil society organisations and will be attended by crores of people across the country, it said.
Modi's yoga programme is also part of the novel programme 'Guardian Yoga Ring', which is a collaborative exercise between 79 countries and United Nations organisations along with Indian missions abroad to illustrate yoga's unifying power surpassing boundaries.
As the sun moves from the east to the west across the world, the mass yoga demonstrations in the participating countries, if seen from any one point on the earth, will seem to be happening one after the other, almost in tandem, thus underlining the concept of 'One sun, one earth'.&nbsp;
