The EJ Tech Show: Realme GT Neo 3 Review, OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite First Look

This week on the EJ Tech Show, we review the Realme GT Neo 3, with 150W fast charging, and also take a look at OnePlus' new budget offering, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite.

Realme GT Neo 3 specifications

The Realme GT Neo 3 features the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, with a Mali 610 GPU. The Realme GT Neo 3 specs also include up to 12GB RAM, and up to 256GB storage, which is further expandable using a microSD card slot.

The Realme GT Neo 3 display is a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and support for 10-bit colours.

The Realme GT Neo 3 camera is a triple rear setup, with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera.

The Realme GT Neo 3 OS is Realme UI 3.0, based on Android 12. The Realme GT Neo 3 is available in 2 battery configurations. The 80W fast charging version comes with a 5,000mAh battery, while the 150W fast charging version comes with a 4,500mAh battery.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite specifications

OnePlus Nord CE2 Lite specifications include a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. OnePlus says the refresh rate is dynamic and changes on the fly based on your usage habits to save battery life.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The chipset is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the storage саn be further exраnded with the help оf а miсrоSD саrd.

For optics, it has a triple rear camera setup, which includes а 64MР main camera lens, a 2MP depth assist camera for portrait shots and a 2MP macro camera.

The рhоne also hаs а 16MР саmerа аt the frоnt for selfies & video саlling. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000 mah battery and it supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.

In terms of software, the Nord CE2 Lite runs on Oxygen OS 12.1, which is now integrated with the ColorOS codebase. OnePlus guarantees two major Android updates and three years of security updates.
