Farhan Akhtar postpones the release of 'Jee Le Zaraa' due to schedule issues, says report

Ever since Farhan Akhtar announced 'Jee Le Zaraa' starring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt, everyone was super excited about it. The film was Akhtar's next road trip in line after the cult films ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. However, the latest update about 'Jee Le Zaraa's postponement has left many disappointed.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Farhan Akhtar has now decided to put 'Jee Le Zaraa' on the backburner for the time being. It is likely that the film will be postponed till the end of this year.

The article stated that the bulk dates of the three protagonists are not matching for now, which has led to an indefinite delay in the film.

For the unversed, Farhan Akhtar had made the announcement about 'Jee Le Zaraa' on August 10 last year. 'Jee Le Zaraa' is written by Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, and Reema Kagti. The film will be produced by Reema Kagti, Zoya Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Farhan Akhtar.
