Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer 'Gadar 2' will soon cross the Rs 500 crore mark at the domestic box office.

The film has already crossed the lifetime collection of Aamir Khan-starrer 'Dangal' and Yash's 'KGF: Chapter 2'.

It also became the fastest Hindi film to cross the Rs 450 crore mark.

To celebrate the film’s success, the Deol family organised a success party in Mumbai on September 2.

It was attended by several B-Town celebs including Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Vicky Kaushal, Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Johnny Lever and others.

Star couple Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, siblings Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan also arrived at the bash.

Salman Khan warmly greeted Kartik Aaryan at the event and the duo even posed for the cameras together.

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol looked sharp at the event and they happily posed for the paparazzi.

Helmed by Anil Sharma and produced by Zee Studios, ‘Gadar 2’ became the highest Independence Day Bollywood grosser as it collected Rs 55.40 crore.

Apart from Sunny and Ameesha, the film also stars Utkarsh Sharma who revived his role of Charanjeet Singh from the 2001 release.

The sequel shows how Tara and Sakina’s son gets imprisoned in Pakistan during the 'Crush India' campaign in 1971.

Tara Singh is left with no choice but to travel to the neighbouring country and rescue his son.
