Atlee's 'Jawan', starring Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi, will be released in theatres on September 7.

A day after the release of 'Jawan' prevue, Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to thank director Atlee, co-star Vijay Sethupathi and other cast and crew members of the film.

SRK called Atlee 'da man' and then thanked the film's antagonist Vijay for teaching him a bit of Tamil and for treating him to delicious food. He said it was an honour to work with Vijay.

He wrote, 'Sirrrrrr!!! Maaasssssss!! You are da man!!!! Thank u for everything. Love u all (sic).'

He then thanked Vijay Sethupathi and tweeted, 'Sir an honour to work with you. Thanks for teaching me a bit of Tamil on the sets & the delicious food u got. Love u Nanba!'

He further thanked choreographer Shobi Paulraj for making him dance like a cool hero.

Yogi Babu, Sunil Grover, editor Ruben were also part of King Khan's vote of thanks.

The promo of 'Jawan' has crossed 52 million views on YouTube.

Jawan is a high-octane action film that will be released in theatres on September 7. The music of the film has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, which marks his Bollywood debut.

Nayanthara Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya are other actors part of the film’s cast. Deepika Padukone has a special appearance in the film.

It is rumoured that Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt will have a cameo in 'Jawan'.
