'Laal Singh Chaddha': Hrithik Roshan praises Aamir's film says 'Don’t miss this gem guys!'

Aamir Khan's latest release 'Laal Singh Chaddha' got a thumbs up from Hrithik Roshan despite the low box-office collection. Other actors, including Ali Fazal, also appreciated the film.

Hrithik, who is active on social media, took to Instagram on Saturday to review ‘Laal Singh Chadda’. He wrote, ‘Just watched LAAL SINGH CHADDA. I felt the HEART of this movie. Pluses and minuses aside, this movie is just magnificent. Don’t miss this gem guys! Go! Go now. Watch it. It’s beautiful. Just beautiful.’
Soon after his post, #BoycottVikramVedha started to trend on Twitter as netizens are irked by Hrithik for showing support for Aamir’s film.
A Twitterati wrote that his post could jeopardize prospects of his forthcoming film, while another wrote that his film would meet the same fate as 'Laal Singh Chaddha'.

Directed by Advait Chandan, the Hindi remake of the classic Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’ was released in theatres on August 11. The box office performance of the movie has been slow since its opening day. Reportedly, it is one of the costliest Hindi movies made on a whopping budget of Rs 180 crore.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan stars in 'Vikram Vedha' alongside Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. The film is a Hindi remake of the Tamil action thriller original that was released in 2017. The original featured Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi as lead actors.
