‘Pathaan’ stars and director held a press event as the film is scripting history at the box office. The film has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide in just 5 days. 

'Pathaan's massive box-office success: Team interacts with fans; SRK says experience still hasn't sunk in

‘Pathaan’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, and director Siddharth Anand held a press event on Monday as the film is scripting history at the box office. They thanked fans for showering love on their movie. Shah Rukh Khan said that his film received so much love that in those four hours, he forgot the past four years.

Shah Rukh Khan added that this is an experience that still hasn’t sunk in and he is thankful to God, audience and media for the love and support.

King Khan said filmmaking is an experience of love.

As several videos of Shah Rukh Khan fans dancing in theatres have surfaced after the ‘Pathaan’ release, the superstar has urged all not to hurt anyone.

‘It should not hurt anyone, not disturb anyone,’ SRK said during the media event on Monday.

He said they called all powers to ensure that their film is released peacefully in theatres.

King Khan also praised his 'Pathaan' co-star John Abraham and called him the ‘backbone’ of the Sidharth Anand directorial. Towards the end, he even kissed John on cheeks

The Siddharth Anand directorial has had a stellar first weekend not only in India but overseas as well. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the Siddharth Anand directorial has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide in just 5 days. He also shared that the film has revived the business of Hindi films by collecting the unimaginable numbers in its extended weekend. The film has earned Rs 271 crore at the domestic box office.

Fans are celebrating King Khan’s comeback to the big screen after four years and several videos are going viral on social media platforms that aptly capture the ‘Pathaan’ fever.
