The Indian film industry is all set to make an impression at the 95th Academy Awards with three Indian films joining the Oscars race- SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ for its song ‘Naatu Naatu’, ‘All That Breathes’ and ‘The Elephant Whisperers’. The much-awaited award show will be held in Los Angeles on March 12.

Global star Priyanka Chopra recently hosted a special bash for Oscar nominees from South Asian countries. The party was also attended by some other special invitees, including actor Preity Zinta, who is settled in the US with her husband and their kids.

Preity took to Instagram and shared pictures with the guests including Telugu superstar Jr. NTR, Jacqueline Fernandez and Guneet Monga.

Sharing the photos, she wrote, ‘A big congratulations to all the Oscar Nominees I met last night. Crossing my fingers for all of you guys...Thank you @priyankachopra & @anjula_acharia for bringing the artistic community from South Asia together & for celebrating each other's achievements. It was such a fun evening.

In another set of photos, the actor was also seen posing with Malala Yousafzai.
‘From meeting old friends to making new ones, last night was so special. Nothing is more sexy & beautiful than an independent, powerful & talented woman. Here’s to all these beautiful ladies that are in these photos & that were at the party. I chatted, joked & got utterly silly with most of them & loved every bit of it cuz real women don’t compete with each other - they support & empower each other & have fun together #photodump #southasianexcellence #girlpower #aboutlastnight #ting,’ she wrote.
