Ram Charan on working in Hollywood: 'there’s definitely going to be news'

Actor Ram Charan who is gearing up for the Oscars 2023, has talked about looking forward to working in Hollywood films. On the podcast Talk Easy, hosted by former film critic Sam Fragoso, the 'RRR' actor was questioned about working outside India.

To which he said, 'I am open to working in any country where cinema is appreciated and there’s an audience who appreciate your work. Wherever the camera rolls, I want to be there. You can plan toward it and let it happen.'

He added, 'We are in talks definitely. The talks are happening but how it would transcend into a movie and me walking into sets… there’s definitely going to be news, and it will come out in a couple of months.'

Talking about the significance of 'RRR's Oscars nomination for Best Original Song 'Naatu Naatu', he said, 'All the people that I am talking about, even they don't know what this will be doing for our country. You cannot comprehend the result of this day.'
