It’s been only few days since Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ went on floors. And even though Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and KGF star Yash are yet to join the shoot, the film has created a huge buzz on social media. First it was the pictures and videos of the set and now, Lara Dutta and Arun Govil’s look from the film has leaked online. Taking note of these incidents, director Nitesh Tiwari has decided to take a big decision.

Nitesh Tiwari brings in ‘No phone policy’

According to an India Today report, Nitesh Tiwari is pretty upset with the leak and has decided to bring in a strict no phone policy on the set. Besides, the director has reportedly also instructed that extra staff and crew will not be present on the set when the shooting begins. Only the required actors and staff members will be allowed on the sets.

Lara Dutta and Arun Govil’s look leaked online

Pictures of Lara Dutta and Arun Govil in the look of their character were leaked and shared on social media. This comes after the pictures and videos of the massive set went viral. Lara Dutta is reportedly playing ‘Kaikeyi’ while Arun Govil who is reportedly playing ‘Dashrath’ in the film.

About ‘Ramayana’ cast

The makers are yet to make an official announcement on Ram Navami but reports suggest that ‘KGF’ star Yash will play Ravana, while Sunny Deol is said to have been finalized for the role of Hanuman. Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi are also reportedly in talks for the roles of Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana, respectively. According to the reports, Ranbir Kapoor will join the shoot in mid-April while Yash will join much later after completin the shoot for his another project ‘Toxic’. The film is scheduled to release in 2025.
