Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been officially cast in Sajid Nadiadwala’s highly anticipated action thriller Baaghi 4, adding a fierce new dimension to the popular franchise.

The first-look poster of Dutt’s character was revealed on Monday, showcasing him in a gripping, intense avatar. Sitting on a throne, blood-soaked and holding a lifeless woman, Dutt exudes a mix of anger and sorrow. The tagline, "Every Aashiq Is A Villain," hints at him playing a villain driven by the loss of a loved one, further amplifying the emotional depth of his character. Dutt’s rugged and powerful presence promises to add a new level of intensity to the series.

Directed by A. Harsha, a renowned filmmaker in Kannada cinema, Baaghi 4 will be the fourth installment in the action-packed franchise, which has already become synonymous with Tiger Shroff’s high-octane performances. Earlier in November, the makers unveiled a poster of Tiger Shroff’s character in a darker, grittier look, hinting at an intense, action-driven narrative.

Alongside Baaghi 4, Dutt and Nadiadwala are also working together on Housefull 5, which is currently in production and will feature an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, and several other Bollywood stars.

Baaghi 4, presented by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, is scheduled to release on September 5, 2025.
