Sara Ali Khan opens up on her age gap with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush in 'Atrangi Re'

Sara Ali Khan who will be seen in 'Atrangi Re' opposite Akshay Kumar and Dhanush, recently opened up on the age gap between her and her male co-stars. While Dhanush is 12 years older than the 26-year-old Sara, Akshay Kumar is 28 years older than her.

Sara told an entertainment portal, that ultimately, since the film is the director's medium, the actor has to trust her director. She said, she trusts her director, with everything, including with the casting. She added, that if Aanand L Rai has thought about this cast, she will trust him.

Sara said, if a filmmaker had to do the reverse, and he had enough conviction then that would happen as well. She said, as long as filmmakers envision it, and actors believe in that vision, she doesn't think there is anything more to it.

'Atrangi Re' will start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from December 24.
