Shah Rukh Khan calls ‘Pathaan’ patriotic; reveals his FIFA World Cup final favourites

Shah Rukh Khan took some time off his busy schedule on Saturday and hosted an ask-me-anything session on Twitter. The actor addressed a few questions regarding his forthcoming film ‘Pathaan’ which is currently courting controversy over its first song ‘Besharam Rang'.

SRK was asked by a fan if his upcoming film is patriotic, to which he replied, ‘Pathaan is also very patriotic..but in an action way.’

When asked what sort of box office he expects ‘Pathaan’ doing on its first day, King Khan answered that he is not in the business of predictions, but he is in the business of entertaining people and making them smile.

‘Pathaan’ marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the silver screen after a sabbatical of almost four years. The film’s team has been tight-lipped about the ongoing controversy, but SRK isn’t shying from responding to questions related to it.

Besides addressing queries about his upcoming film, his co-actors and family, SRK was asked about his favourite in the FIFA World Cup final between France and Argentina. The match will take place on December 18 and SRK will be making an appearance during the pre-match show.

A fan asked SRK about which team he would be supporting, and the actor replied, ‘Arre yaar the heart says Messi no?? But Mbappe is a treat to watch also.’

Another fan asked Shah Rukh, ‘why Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Lionel Messi?’ To this, the actor had a heartwarming response, he said, ‘Just as advice don’t keep finding better….it destroys the good!’
