Triptii Dimri responds to intimate scene criticism in 'Animal,' defends acting commitment

Actress Triptii Dimri recently addressed the backlash surrounding her intimate scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in the movie 'Animal.'

Videos and images of their bold sequences have circulated widely, sparking criticism on social media.

In response, Triptii expressed surprise at the negativity but emphasized her confidence in having done nothing wrong, simply playing her part.

Acknowledging the criticism's initial impact, Triptii revealed her journey in handling feedback.

She highlighted her evolution as an actor and how she found solace and joy in the challenging characters she portrayed.

Emphasizing her personal commitment to acting, she asserted that she ventured into this profession willingly and aims to continue as long as she feels comfortable and morally justified in her roles.

Triptii shared her perspective on the controversial scene in 'Animal,' comparing it to her previous work.

She disclosed that the challenging rape scene in 'Bulbbul' had been more emotionally taxing, noting the complexity of surrendering versus summoning courage in a role.

Discussing the behind-the-scenes scenario during the intimate scene, Triptii detailed the supportive environment created on set.

With only a small team present, including herself, Ranbir, director Sandeep, and the video crew, constant reassurances about her well-being and comfort were given.

This unwavering support from the team contributed significantly to Triptii's ease and confidence while filming.
